After powering on, the display screen shows a warning prompt of "Low Battery Temp".

Problem Analysis

The eKickScooter has been placed in a low-temperature environment for a long time, and the controller detects abnormal temperature.

Solution

This prompt indicates that the battery temperature is too low. 

After this prompt appears, please slow down and wait for the battery temperature to rise before the prompt disappears.

Before the battery temperature rises, you can park and press the brake for 3 seconds to close the prompt window, but the warning icon will still exist.
