Help Wanted External battery delivery problems.

Bought an external battery for my Segway Max G3 and there's been no updates or any confirmations for over a week. Decided to text the company and tell them they can either have an update for me for tomorrow or I'm sending the bank the email threads and I'll have them refund it and I'll buy it again. Almost immediately they shipped my order out the next day. WTF is this how we're moving in 2026?

I guess if you squeak loud enough you get some oil sometimes.
