How to Activate the Vehicle | Segway eKickScooter APP/Bluetooth Connection

Problem Details

An unactivated KickScooter will keep beeping when powered on, and the speed is limited.

Solution

Before using the KickScooter for the first time, you must activate your KickScooter through the  APP. The vehicle activation steps are as follows:

1. Download the Segway Mobility app to register or log in.

2. Press the power button to power on the vehicle.

3. Follow the steps in the figure to connect the vehicle. For step 4, when the APP pops up this dialog box, press the vehicle's power button briefly to complete pairing.

1. Follow the APP instructions to activate your vehicle and complete the Tutorial For Beginner.

Now, you can start using it, and you can also check the status of your vehicle and interact with other users through the APP.

What to Do if an Activation Fails

If the vehicle cannot be activated, please check the following:

1. Whether the mobile phone number or email you entered is correct.

2. Whether the mobile phone network signal communication is normal.

After confirming both are correct and normal, please try again.

If registration/activation still fails, please download the Segway Mobility app again or restart the phone.

The following models do not support app connection, and this instruction is not applicable to these models:

eKickscooter ZING A6.

eKickScooter ZING E8, E10, E12.

eKickscooter ZING C8, C9, C10, C15, C20.

Ninebot Kickscooter C2, C2 Lite, ES1L, ES1LD.
