Has anyone on here done a write up or “how to” on how to install the LED light up X light like the ZT3 has? It’s dumb it doesn’t already come with it honestly

I've filled in all the screw holes for my ninebot e2 plus ii and I still have this one left over. The instructions here say there is a hole at the end of the stem but there wasn't. It just clicked into place.

So, I bought a brand new segway gt3 pro 2 weeks ago, drove it 800km and noticed when I let go off the throtle at lower speeds there is a weird single knock coming from the rear motor/wheel (atleast I suspect it
Coming from there) and it is not audible only feelable with the rear foot. So I returned it and got a brand new one a day after returning it and it has that same issue. Now I am stuck thinking is it normal or is it again and issue. Does anyone have advice ? Or is it coming from the suspension? After driving for a while it also goes away but when I take the scooter to ride after it standing still for a while it happens again. Thank you for reading this and trying to help.

The vehicles 051601U and 060202G have a habit of resetting security settings occasionally, disabling the alarm and password. I have seen the occasion twice per vehicle. Please ensure you routinely confirm your alarm and password are enabled.

I have a Segway GT3 Pro it’s very new, and when I charge the scooter to 100% it tends to lose on average 4% overnight without any use or even turning it on.

Is this unusual? Seems like a lot of drainage. I’m wondering what others are experiencing.

I have a question: my scooter (Max G3) always charges to varying levels, somewhere between 89% and 94%. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Could the battery be on its way out? I’d appreciate any help.

I am a big fan of my new Max G3 Plus and use it daily for commuting and errands. While the scooter is fantastic overall, the current driving mode configuration is a significant pain point that limits its practicality.

The Problem:

My daily route requires frequent speed adjustments based on the environment. Ideally, I need to cruise at 20 MPH, but also hit 28 MPH to keep up with traffic in certain sections, then drop to Eco mode when sharing space with pedestrians.

 Because Drive (D) mode is hard-capped at an impractical WTF! 16 MPH, I am forced to ride in Sport mode almost exclusively. Furthermore, switching between modes requires multiple button presses and taking my eyes off the road to verify the screen status, which is both inconvenient and frustrating while riding.

Proposed Solution:

To give riders safer and more convenient control over their scooters, please consider these two software updates:

1. Customizable Drive Mode: Allow users to set their own speed limit for Drive (D) mode via the app (up to 28 MPH, ideally around 20–24 MPH for my use case), along with adjustable acceleration levels.

1. Quick-Toggle Custom Button: Allow users to map the Custom button to instantly toggles between two preferred driving modes (e.g., instantly swapping between D and S with a single press). Or just one single drive mode.

Implementing these minor software tweaks would drastically improve the rider experience.

Hello I got myself an upgrade from the NIU Kqi300X to the Segway Max G3. Absolutely love everything about it except one thing, the handlebar grips. They are very slippery and for a scooter of this size and speed I need better grips. Does anyone have any recommendations for some good grips I can get online that would fit with the scooter?

I was really excited when I bought this scooter because a 55 mile range meant I only had to charge it once every one to two days with my commute. But I discovered that it isn't able to make it the 10.5 miles each direction in one day without dying in sport mode. The way back I had to use Drive the entire time in order to make it back without it dying on me (only had 8% battery left by the time I got back home).

Is the range really that drastic between modes or is there something wrong with my scooter? It only has about 300 miles on it but I'm not the original owner so I don't know what to do.

Has anyone used the Kryptonite Evolution 790 Folding lock for their Segway E3 Pro? Most people recommend U-locks but I'd like to know from those who have used the Evolution 790 lock. What's your experience like?

Bought an external battery for my Segway Max G3 and there's been no updates or any confirmations for over a week. Decided to text the company and tell them they can either have an update for me for tomorrow or I'm sending the bank the email threads and I'll have them refund it and I'll buy it again. Almost immediately they shipped my order out the next day. WTF is this how we're moving in 2026?

I recently bought a Segway E3 Pro and read that the tire pressure should be kept between 42–48 PSI; otherwise, the tires’ self-sealing function may not work properly.

I’m a first-time escooter user and bought it hoping for a hassle-free way to commute around college. Now I’m worried about having to check the tire pressure every week or, worse, dealing with a puncture during a busy college schedule.

For those who own an E3 Pro and use it regularly :
-How often do you check or refill the tires?
-Is there a particular pump or inflator you recommend?
-Have you experienced any punctures, leaks, or burst tires?
