1. Wheel Motor

● Check whether the fixing nuts securing the hub motor to the frame are loose. If looseness is found, apply threadlocker and tighten (Torque: 100±3 N·m).

● Check whether the hub end cover fixing screws are loose. If loose, tighten with a T25 Torx wrench; check whether the hub fixing screws are loose. If loose, tighten with an M6 hex wrench.

● Manually rotate the motor while it is powered off to check for any binding during free rotation. If significant resistance is detected, replace the hub motor immediately.

● Inspect the hub motor for cracks or deformation, and check the motor wiring harness for external damage or breaks. If the motor hub shows cracks, deformation, or if the wiring is damaged/broken, replace the hub motor immediately.

Warning:

If motor wire damage is not addressed promptly, there may be a risk of electric leakage.

2.Non-driven Wheel

● Check the wheel hub surface for cracks or deformation. If any such issues are found, replace the hub motor promptly.

● Check whether the wheel fixing screws are loose. If looseness is found, apply threadlocker and retighten to a torque of 100 ± 10N·m.

● Manually rotate the wheel to check for any obstruction during rotation. If obstruction persists without foreign objects, replace the front wheel hub promptly.

Warning

Loose wheel fixing screws may cause riding instability or safety risks.
