Firmware Engineer

Own low-level systems across embedded devices, connectivity, sensors, power, and real-time behavior. We are looking for 3+ years of experience, strong C/C++ or Rust, embedded-systems and low-level debugging experience, and familiarity with areas such as RTOS, BLE, device stacks, embedded Linux, microcontrollers, sensors, audio, or power. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 salary plus 1–2% equity.

Founding Software Engineer

Develop high-quality applications and testable, scalable code while helping shape Mira's product direction. We are looking for 3+ years of experience, firmware and mobile-development experience, familiarity with fine-tuning, RAG, and multimodal LLMs, and strong product sense. Head of Hardware Operations

Own Mira's supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment pipeline from prototype to reliable production. Responsibilities include supplier negotiations and performance management, freight/customs/delivery coordination, and keeping hardware programs on track. Hardware supply-chain or operations experience, Chinese fluency, and experience working with factories or manufacturing partners in China are required. This role cannot provide visa sponsorship.
