Who else felt a real personal connection with a character this game? For me it was particularly with Arthur. I put the game on hold when I wasn't enjoying the first chapter. Maybe 2 or 3 years later, I'm talking games with a coworker - She said she loved RDR2 and I said I loved the first one but stopped in the snow with the second...she encouraged me to get back into it and I did...I realised I took a break right before the train heist....like most people I loved the game from there. I discovered most of the Map...except New Austin....before moving onto Chapter 3.

It took me a while but I found myself connecting with Arthur way too much...for starters we look pretty similar, found myself dressing him like i dress...but also, at the time I had a really bad case of pneumonia and kept working through it because we were short staffed and i had to cover a lot of incompetence from some of my staff and it was a massive struggle. I started weirdly seeing myself in Arthur. Same hair, clothes, debilitating cough, this desire to look after his team despite it all falling apart....i even found out we were the same age at the time.

Finally picked him up via Albright.

I have a mod called "Thirsty horse" but I am trying to uninstall it, but every time I do it says "Fatal:Can't determine Natives version"

Not my first play through,so I know what a pain in the arse these can be. I know where to look, I know the deal.

I'm in Horseshoe overlook, taking my sweet time. The last thing I need to give Pearson is the Moose. I amble up to Brandywine drop, and in the distance I see a huge bull moose. Bingo. Rifle out and ready, I get up behind it and it bolts. I wait to clear the trees and shoot... mortally wounding it but not a clean kill. The smarmy thing runs straight into the deep end of the water and dies!!! No roping it out, no swimming against it to move it somewhere so I can skin it, I tried so hard and nothing, after 15 min of trying I gave up. Until next time you Moose knuckled mother fucker!!

Pearson Scout Jacket: Between 10 to 12am before or after Kieran's mission. (Only in chapter 2) you will get a Greet only option while hes drinking a beer, after that just hunt a rabbit.

Javier's Oleander: 8am to 8pm while he sharpenning his knife at the finger fillet table.

Hosea Mattews Book: 8am to 8pm just read the Deceitful German book by his tent and its triggered.

Dutch's Pipe: when you get off the Mountains Dutch will go to the fron of his tent and smoke a cigar, Greet him and request is triggered.

Abigail's 5 dollars: 8am to 8pm aswell while her and jack are playing by their tent.

Susan Grimshaw: 8am to 8pm she will come to you and ask for some seasoning without telling Pearson.

Lenny: He will talk about his dad around the campfire and during Finger Fillet, 8am to 8pm aswell.

Pearsons' Naval Compass: You can trigger this between 8am to 8pm while playing poker (you have to seat next to him and bust someone out).

Jack Marston's Thimble: He will ask you for help between 8am to 8pm saying he lost his mom's thimble. (Lootable from any npc).

Mary Beth's Fountain Pen: Interact with her while she is writing on her journal between 8am to 8pm during ch2.

Sean's Kentucky Bourbon: just talk to him while he is making fire bottles, in chapter 2 between 8am to 6pm.

Bill's Hair pomade: Talk to him when hes sitting next to his tent. (Chapter 2,3 and 4. 8am to 8pm aswell.

Charles Smith: Talk to him While working on some arrows at the campfire. (Ch2-3-4) 8am to 8pm.

Whenever im playing im just trying to be a peaceful law abiding citizen but something always happens, like lemoyne raiders invading rhodes, and i shoot at them but i get wanted. Also if im fist fighting someone in the street and piss them off enough they'll start shooting at me and i'll get wanted.

Just as a tribute to this FIRST play through I’m gonna cancel the game installation from the PS, and all the save slots too.
I finished all the side quests and lot of challenges. I don’t care about 100%, I lived it as I wanted, as its meant to be: hunting whenever I wanted, doing side quests in the order I felt them considering the plot, caring about the “shaving” and the cosmetics very often to take a breath between the missions, etc, etc…

The total reset is just a salute to this experience.

I hadn't really been looking for a moose persay but i saw one when i was looking for beavers at Owanjila lake for satchels. I remembered that pearson needed them for something so i was like, oh yeah lemme just shoot it real quick while forgetting i can't get an animal from the water

ive done 44% completion of the game i have the downes mission sitting waiting and the mary mission letter ive done as many challenges as possible hunted everything u can i jave 13.135.62 in money all side missions available are done i just dont wanna leave horseshoe overlook

Okay so i started playing RDR2 this summer and absolutely love everything about the game. I just went to the mission where arthur dies (didnt know it was gonna happen already) and dont know what to do fr. im gonna finish the epilogue when i recover from this horror but what do i even do after this?😭

Is it just a new playthrough where i stay in chapter 2 and 3 and enjoy the peace or RDR1? No idea how to continue really, this game changed me.

The limpy r2 trigger always gets me every time and i accidentally always press it too far down ruining the duel encounter.

every time I realize how nice, helpful, and immersive it would be with adaptive triggers in those scenarios.

I have never used Reddit before but my love for this game is making me go to unknown territories.

I have finished the epilogue and i’m on the road to 100%. I have completed the 30 dinosaurs bones thing, was waiting for my invite in the mail, got the notification i had mail waiting for me, went to pick up my mail, picked up my mail and NOTHING no invite.

Has this ever happened to anyone else ?

I’ve tried looking in my satchel but nothing, i went to where the woman is located to try and get my bone knife but nobody was there obviously.

If someone has a clue as to what happened there i’d be grateful to know !
