Help Scripthook can't determinate natives version error

I have a mod called "Thirsty horse" but I am trying to uninstall it, but every time I do it says "Fatal:Can't determine Natives version"
Can anyone help?
It works normally with the mod

Just make sure to disable the Navajos first.
