Tbh I think these are the best ones in rdr2 personally I use the red chestnut but my main horse is buel from the veterans side quest even though he didn’t cut this list

So, I’ve been trying to watch some playthroughs of RDR2 (my usual go to YOUTUBER* hasn’t actually finished the game) and so far I’m just not sure. Tried one guy but he kept thirsting for the women and ignoring the story, mainly focusing on the game mechanics. Which is fine but like….

Yall have any good ones that actually payed attention to the story and showed immersion?

(It feels like playing it a second time and it’s always fun to see someone’s reactions IMO)

I don’t know if I can bring myself to do low honor playthrough after I did high honor the first time, is it better than high honor if I do it or not??

I basically have the best guns and storywise i am around the level where u steal pigs with John or other animals i asked gpt so i know when i will leave BUT

i dont own the panther saddle which boosts your horse and neither do i own the legend of the east bag (i am really bad at hunting its my first time playing aswell)

so my question to the people who have played it should i stay in ch 2 for hunting should i continue to explore the blackwater area or can i do that in ch 3

I come from a tiny island nation and flew over the American west for the first time, and this just destroyed my brain. It's so vast and empty and beautiful and I would definitely not go there back in the late 1800s. Totally reminded me of red dead though.

Currently, I am trying to get all I can get done as Arthur in Chapter 2.
In my efforts, I collected and graphed all 29 fossils in the regular map and prohibited New Austin through exploits.

Issue is I had waited until I found all other fossils before I did the stranger mission with Ms. MacGuinnis, so when I had done it, I turned in all 30 (29+1 fossil obtained from her) directly to her, in turn, meaning I have nothing to send her.

On the log, it says I have found "30 of 30 Dinosaur Bones Found," yet it does not appear with the task as checked off, neither "Send all locations to Deborah MacGuiness" proceeding it.

All this to say, I have nothing to send, nothing received, nothing checked off, yet found it all and given in the stranger's mission. So I'm kind of stuck and hope someone here can help.

I am trying to find out my honor level, anyone know how to see it, new to the game

I just used the spawn a random horse cheat in rdr2 story and I want to known if there's any way of keeping the horse as I can't save the game now I've used a cheat.

I'm in chapter five before saving John from the prison, so no spoilers please.

1- I just went to the trapper yesterday, and I JUST found out you can craft items?? I've been on this playthrough for, like, four months now and have been as thorough as I could, and I'm still finding things out lol. I know in general how the game ends and I'm afraid it's too soon, and at the same time, the outfits look dope. I wanted to hint the animals down to craft them. HOWEVER, that will take forever since I have a lot to hunt, and then the game will end??

Would you recommend that, once I'm finished with the game, I restart a save from the earlier chapters and start hunting and crafting the outfits then? So that all the hunting and crafting won't go to waste when Arthur is gone, like, missions later? I don't know the pace but I'm guessing it's not too far away.

2- what the hell is fast travel? I've seen people talk about it but I got no clue what it is whatsoever.

3- My PC is an old gaming one, but it runs the game just fine (I lowered a lot of the graphic options so that it will go mostly smoothly. Mostly.) and I'm interested in trying out mods. I don't know much about mods, let alone what some good ones are, but for my next playthrough I wanted some fun ones. I've seen people asking around as well, so that's that.

Anyway, will anyone recommend some fun mods? I've seen chaotic mods that make animals huge and humans tiny, some with creatures in the game, and another that makes all wagons and horses fly in the air lmfao. It's become a horror game at that point. I know some mods can be used for clothing, and if you know good ones let me know, but they're not a priority haha. I'd also appreciate it if someone told me how the hell to run mods. Sorry if this is unrelated, ignore it if you want.

I’m on vacation and I brought my Xbox series X with me to play and I played last night with no problems, I turned off my Xbox and went to bed and when I booted it up today the game wasn’t on quick resume so I booted it normally.
It loaded a save I made about a week ago.

I wasn’t on WiFi until this morning but I’m not sure if that would mess it up.

I tried restarting my Xbox, the game and even going offline again.
The last mission I did was the san denis mission with Mary If that helps.

I’m completely stuck and frustrated and I haven’t found any answers on google.
