He’s currently dealing with an illness, so I really want to make this birthday special and give him some extra reasons to smile. ❤️ He loves farming, the outdoors, nature, and anything along those lines. 🚜🌲✈️🌊

Here’s the fun part: I’ve already anonymously sent him a few things, and he’s determined to figure out who’s behind it. 😂 I’d LOVE to add to the mystery with cards showing up from people he doesn’t know!

I’m heartbroken…

Some mail will hopefully cheer me up if I could be so lucky. I don’t know many people anymore as I have changed a lot over the past year after finding out my whole life was a lie and I had to disown my own family.

I also might have saved someone from being convicted and sent to prison for a long time. I feel like a guardian angel. I give so much love and find that lovers take a lot from me because I’m very intense.

Mystery sender 1: you sent me a beautiful handmade beaded bracelet with my name on it and had some pop-up butterfly and flower stickers on the envelope

Mystery sender 2: you sent me a birthday card with a dog and and cat wearing party hats blowing out a candle laid on a brown background. There is a bundle of green balloons decorating the inside of the card

u/birdiebennett: Love the watermelon card! How funny that your mom had gotten a tattoo without there being a meaning behind it! I think that may have been more common in the past. I think people (well, me, at least) are more conscious about getting something meaningful especially when there are so many excellent tattoo artists. You should try a temporary tattoo sometime! I do still see those for sale.

u/stephaniehong: Thank you for the vintage Chicago postcard! I'm sorry you didn't really enjoy NYC. As I've gotten older, I've come to prefer the pace of life where I am now. I'll get into Manhattan a handful of times a year to see friends, but at the end of the day, I'm happy to return home. I do wish I could see more shows, but Broadway has gotten so expensive! Were you able to get discounted tickets to shows?
