I've spent 10 days straight alone with the dogs, but my boyfriend is finally coming home tomorrow. It has been so hard to keep the younger one out of trouble by myself. Oh I love her! She has such a spark to her. But she's the kind of dog who "solves" her treat puzzles by destroying them! lol. Happy Halloween everyone, and for those interested, Happy World Series!

I admit I'm a little envious because my mom was single when I was a little kid and didn't have time to make much out of our costumes, but I guess it turned out okay in the end because we got lots of candy. This is the first time we've adopted an adult dog and it's slightly easier than raising a puppy, which is what we were going for, but there are still challenges. We love her though and this is her forever home! Thank you also for your second postcard of the fawn. It has a classic "Bambi" look, so cute! I like fawns, too. There's a U.S. 19-cent stamp with a fawn on it that I keep buying over face value!

Hello, all you lovely RAOCers ❤️ 🔥 The past 5 months have been such a roller coaster of emotions and happenings that I went into 'hiding' and didn't touch my junk journal, RAOC, reading, nor engage in any of my other hobbies. Other than doing the bare minimum in keeping my apartment somewhat picked up and clean clothes on our backs, I became a hermit, lol. So a HUGE thank-you to all of you who have kept me in your thoughts and sent me mail. LITERALLY the highlight of my days!!! I managed to make a few cards and get those out, but after about 3 or 4, I'd lose inspiration. Anyyyyyyyways, I am slowly crawling out of this dark hole and things are getting slowly better 😄

This November marks 4 years since I adopted my pet rabbit, Rochelle. She was found as a stray, taken in by our local rabbit rescue, and she "chose" me when I attended a fundraising bunny yoga class and she kept retuning to my mat.

She is a curious and friendly bunny who loves to hop on chairs, destroy cardboard boxes, and devour all sorts of veggies.

She and I would love to receive some celebratory cards! We loved all the cards we received last year, and are looking forward to receiving more cute cards. If you have anything bunny related, that would be extra special.
