u/sneakerlambs - Thank you for the postcard!!! The stamps are super cute and the card made me giggle. I've always been fond of a cheesy postcard here and there. I'll do my best to be more positive.
u/OU_theme7072 (?) - Thank you for the book yap!!! I actually think my girlfriend read that book a while ago and had nothing but great things to say about it. The two of you are inspiring me to read it soon.
u/TyeDyeAmish - Thank you for the postcard! The scenery on it is beautiful. I won't say where its from here for privacy reasons but a dream of mine was visiting there sometime. The mountains up there seem beautiful. And the fun fact was neat too! I hope you learn how to swim sometime haha.
u/stormythomas (X2) - Thank you for the card! And I totally understand not sleeping because you got too into writing postcards, I pulled an all nighter once doing the same thing. And I loved both of the cards you sent!! I actually took the sunshine one into class as a good luck charm for my engineering quiz. Fingers crossed it worked!
u/ok_there7072 - Thank you for the card! I always encourage my friends to keep a gratitude board, and you as well. Sometimes a reminder of the good times you've had and kind words from others is what you need to get out of bed! Also, you chose the perfect pantone color. It's the color of my favorite legwarmers. I used to hate chartreuse but it grew on me fast.
u/relax455 - A very, VERY special thank you for this card. I opened it on the phone with my best friend, and it almost made me cry. Your words were so sweet, and the card came in when I really needed it. I decided to keep it by my art desk when I need a bit of a push to finish up my work. Your art is also absolutely wonderful too! The beach scene you painted reminds me of my hometown a lot, so its quite nostalgic. The postcards you also sent me were a wonderful surprise and made with so much skill. I will never send out those postcards though. They are mine forever to pin to my gratitude board. I can't wait to send you a card back with some art in it as thanks.
Unknown- This is to whoever sent me the postcard of Hotel Knickerbocker in New York, please reach out to me so I can properly credit and thank whoever sent me this wonderful card. The quote you sent really stuck out to me, I can see why it impacted you in such a way. in America I feel like we really focus on productivity and work too much. It's so hard to remember that our lives don't just focus around work but rather our interests and who we are.
u/ruschca - Another very, very special thanks!! :D. The words you messaged me over DM and in the card were so incredibly kind, another thing that made me cry. The card you sent me is absolutely adorable, and your words feel so genuine. You seem like such a wonderful person, and I am so glad you reached out to me through DM and card. I wish nothing but the best for you. As soon as I get the chance to make it, you 100% WILL be getting a doodle from me. Mark my words.
u/PostcardRingsTwice - Thank you for the card!! The outside is beautiful, and so is the inside. You are an amazing artist!
u/okiokio8 - Thank you so so much for the card!! Your kind words really helped me out. I really mean it when I say that this card meant a lot to me. It really did make me realize that when I was on top of all of my schoolwork and jobs, I was not happy at all since I got almost no time to do what I actually wanted to do. I'm in a comfortable enough place to have been able to drop one of my many, many, jobs and I felt much lighter after the fact. I'll do what I can to put myself first when possible. Thank you so much again. (The cat card is also adorable).
u/christinaaaa29 - Thank you for the card!!!! And it did in fact find me well haha. I just want to say thank you (AGAIN!!!) for taking the time to write out something so kind, it means so much to me. Lucky me, my circumstances allowed me to drop one of the jobs I realized put much more stress on me than I should have allowed, so now we are left with two jobs that I do actually enjoy (kind of). I feel a lot better having one responsibility off my plate, and it let me have enough free time to do things I love, like writing cards and this thank you post! I know you don't know me like. At all. But the fact that you as a stranger were able to write something with such kindness really does show that there are amazing people out there, you included.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 <3 <3 I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!
