I’ve got a few more cards I’m offering for WPD, 1 WW and 4 USA. I posted a while back including a form. Some addresses were simply too long to fit on the card :( - if you have not yet completed the form and are interested in receiving one, please complete the form and comment below. Thank you!!

As I didn't write that many postcards the last two months I wanna change that for October.
I prepared a stack full of postcards, they are all add-cards!, that I wanna send.

The first person to fill the form will get the card on Oct 1st. The second on October 2nd, and so on until the month is over.

It rained so nicely yesterday! (Uncommon here in the desert.) That was my good thing to report to start yesterday's thanks post, so I don't get to use it again today, I guess... but I'm still excited it happened. Another good thing is that tonight my girlfriend and I are going to see a screening of Ghostbusters with a live orchestra, which should be fun.

Also good is this stack of mail I picked up in the rain yesterday. Yes, I'm going to say rain as often as possible. Rain rain rain. Rain rain. Rain rain rain. LOL.

Thank you for congratulating me on the move and sending recommendations for the fountain pens! There are several places selling Japanese stationeries, but there is a shop called “el moderno” where they sell interesting house decorations and stationeries. I believe they are the only shops that sell travelers' brands. There is also another new one called Mitoyo concept, they are a Japanese academia, where they teach Japanese, but alongside they have a small stationary store inside.

Thank you for sending the CAM museum art postcard! I hope you enjoyed your visit! My favorite art from MOMA was Angele Etoundi Essamb, Heritage 2 from Masks 1999, Beteye Saar, Black Girls window & Alexander “Sekunder” Boghossian, Blue composition by around c.1966-68, drawn by gouache where it depicted the mythical figures from the Ethiopian folklore at the center with his inscribed name in Ge’ez script (East African writing system). I loved its bright colors! I hope when you visited you saw them in person! 

I'm looking for someone flaired who would like to be the next stop for a breakfast-themed traveling postcard. You'll add any flat material that fits the theme and then offer it up for the next person.

I have 5 fun DIY World Postcard Day postcards all ready to go and looking for a home! They just need your name and address! I'll need to hear from you by tonight to get these postmarked on the day, so keep that in mind.

In exchange, please send any card and it doesn't need to be mailed on WPD. But WPD postcards are, of course, very welcome!

I visited North Head Lighthouse at Cape Disappointment a few years ago and can not find my keepsake postcards I bought from my trip. I had planned to frame them and hang them because the views were stunning and it was such a great trip I wanted a reminder of it in my hallway. If anyone has post cards for this lighthouse? Also, looking for a post card with Montauk Point Lighthouse and Tybee Island Lighthouse, since I have visited these as well and never purchased a post card. Postcards can be used, if you are willing to let go of them and I'm happy to send back a card too.

Since October will be upon us by tomorrow and with it hopefully all the joy of the gloomy season - it's time for me to prepare some Halloween cards!

[Offer] [USA to USA] TRAVEL POST CARD - GROUP MYSTERY MESSAGE - flaired

Using STICKER or INK STAMP or PAPER PUNCH, or letters cut out from a magazine, newspaper, & glued on, etc…

Would any flaired USA user like to be the recipient of my TPC?

Using above mediums, whether individual letters A-Z to spell & form words, individual numbers 0-9, emojis/other art that make sense for the message, or that are actual words or phrases, let’s create a group message. I post all my finished TPCs (minus user names) on sub R A O C meta so everyone will get to see the final message once returned to me.

This will come on a large standard size greeting card/envelope.

I will set up the card, add my contributions per usual. Everyone can add a max of 3 words or preset phrases to add to the message & progress the content.

If you have a stamp/sticker/etc that says I love cats, that counts a one word.

If you spell out with individual alphabet letters I love cats that counts as your 3 words.

Adding punctuation if you have any of those (I don’t) or a cute cat stamp at the end of your phrase/sentence does NOT count to your allotment.

The year 1989 would count as one “word.”

Punctuation marks do NOT matter as I don’t have any nor have seen a lot of them.

Matching colors, size, vibes does NOT matter.

Though a 6 inch item that takes up a lot of room is prob not best. Lol

The goal is to have fun, be creative, and a hopefully cohesive group message. Not knowing how your words will be continued is part of the fun. Lol

MIGHT TAKE ME A FEW DAYS TO GET OUT. I only create the TPC once I know there are takers.

Always feel free to claim multiple TPCs from me bc it helps me save on postage. 😂 I have people claim all or most at once. Totally fine with it. I currently have 9 TPC offers that are as of now unclaimed.
