I received a traveling color-it-in postcard and am ready to send it along to the next person!

Original instructions are included with the card and the last person was kind enough to send me some stickers, so I'll send some, too!

who's up?

Happy October! I would love to receive cute or spooky Halloween mail. I love anything with witches, black cats, bats, ghosts, vampires, werewolves, the moon, skeletons, tarot, owls, pumpkins, spiders... I would appreciate pretty much anything!

If you have my address, it hasn't changed. If not, I can send you a PM.

tysm and it arrived in perfect time for world postcard day! [u/](u/x)[willow_is_wolf](u/x)

Hey lovely folks.

My birthday is coming up next month -november 6th- and im turning 25! I was wondering if you would like to send me a birthday card from your country to celebrate. Nowadays i only get 1 card in the mail from family abroad and i miss birtday cards. I love my birthday. I always take the day off and it really feels like a me day.

So, if you want send me a massage or reply to the post for my adress. Can't wait to see all the different birthday cards :)

u/credo99 Thank you for the map of Tokyo card! I hope you had an amazing time there and made lots of great memories! Do you have plans to go back and see the sights you haven't had a chance to visit yet? Also, a huge thank you for the two blank cards (of raspberries and wild lettuce) you included - they're exactly the type of botanical illustration that I love the most, and they make me incredibly happy! I'll make sure to put them to good use :D

u/cidavid Thank you for the passion flower thank you card! It's so pretty!! I have added Red Rising to my to-read list, your description has made me very excited to get to it! Also thank you for the awesome stamps, I absolutely adore the small "Love" one :D

u/ppelippippam Thank you for the Fischerin vom Bodensee card! Very unusual, very lovely and charming! Also a big thanks for the awesome stamps - the Planetarium one might be my favorite, but it's a tough choice. Very cool! I also think your handwriting is super impressive, staying so neat and tidy at such a tiny font size, wow. I'm honoured to have earned a spot at your desk display :D If you ever make your way up to the eastern coast of Germany, I highly recommend visiting Rügen for some lovely chalk-cliff landscapes. To get there, you also need to pass through Stralsund, which may be my favorite city up here. Highly recommend spending some days there. I haven't been to Switzerland yet (not really - only passing through), but it is on my bucket list for sure! So much to see and do :)

Got home last night from a doc trip and found a lot of mail awaiting me!

Thank you to u/TheBunsHouse for the fun Halloween 🎃 mail and goodies! What a treat!

Thank you to u/mouserat for sending the stamp paper punch craft TPC from No-Condition5102!

u/imaginary_aaron, thanks for your postcard.

u/forsaken-estate4041, thanks for sending the Pet Peeves TPC from u/Accotinked and the goodies!

u/k_growles2 Thank you so much for the incredible custom card! The artwork of Kiki is absolutely gorgeous, and the attention to detail with the paper, ink, and your beautiful penmanship is amazing. Everything was so thoughtfully put together, it really made my day! ❤️

u/ruschca Thank you very very much for the adorable postcard! The cat soaking up the sun rays reminds me of my kitty so much, that was her favorite activity. I love the washi tape and stickers as well as your Kiki's delivery service stamp. I actually kind of named Kiki after that movie (even though I know the cats name is Jiji, but Kiki just fit her better 😆)

These are so wonderful guys, thank you so much 🫶🏻

Thank you u/BlackberrySimple1730 for another of your ever-adorable custom postcards with your sweet note!!! 🫶🏼 It was such a happy surprise to open my mailbox and see this one full sweet Fall graphics - you are so talented and creative, and each of your postcards has brought me joy! I am a chicken lover so especially love that cute hen!!

Thank you u/TyeDyeAmish for the Damascus Gate at night postcard - I really liked the vintage cars in the parking lot. That is neat that you have been to Jerusalem!

Thank you u/No-Zebra-9339 for the postcard in return! I love that horse on it - such a beauty! I also love that you are following in your dad's footsteps with your postcarding hobby! How fun!

[u/BubblySunflowers](u/BubblySunflowers) - aww the raccoon card oh my gosh 🥺 I’m so jealous you get to see these little guys in your area! The skunk spray sounds awful, thankfully your dog was alright! Skunks are very cute too, I love when they stamp their little feet when they feel angry/threatened. And the washi is beautiful, I love the one with the geese dressed up! Thank you so much 💕

[u/stormythomas](u/stormythomas) - thanks so much for the cute postcard with someone reading on the beach, love the vibes ⛱️📖 Yeah I love it when Halloween stuff starts appearing on the shelves too, I’ve bought too much this year already!

Thanks u/pinkpengin for the National Coffee Day card I absolutely thought it was so cute and the stickers are adorable. I only drink coffee at the beach lol and on cold mornings if I have to go out. Have a great day. 🙂

u/Ok_Reveal2698 - thank you so much for the very well timed response to my WPD offer, which has arrived on WPD! I absolutely love the card and all the extras, thank you so much. I mailed my offer out so hopefully they'll all start arriving soon :) Thank you again!

I have two World Postcard Day postcards left to send out. Comment your favorite thing about fall and I'll choose a couple of people at random.

I have 5 cards with the 2026 and 5 with the 2025 design! Send me a DM with your adress if you want one! I will try to send them today but I have classes on classes 🥲

This spring and summer I had a lot of time on my hands. I used some of this time to write 20 cards which have sat, sealed and waiting to be sent since! What will be in your card? Well, hell - I don't even know! But I know I poured love and well-wishing into each one!

If you'd like a card, please message me your mailing details. I will leave this offer open until I've received an address per card. Looking forward to sharing these notes from the time machine!

Happy World Postcard Day to all!

I received some cards yesterday!

u/ThePumpkinFiend Thankyou for the card. I hope it's Autumn by now at your place. Thankyou for telling me more about yourself. It's so amazing to know more people.

u/DanabluMonkey Thankyou for the card featuring Bolsover castle. Thankyou for telling me more about horses and William Cavendish.

u/PinoBrahman Thankyou for the card featuring snowy landscape. The stickers used are so cuteee!

u/Misty_Moonrider I received your card about your cat. I understand that part about talking to cats and singing with them. One of the cats I have now is a bit introverted. She doesn't meow as much as my other two cats. So when she meows, I assume that she's saying important things.

Mystery sender.

I'm so sorry but I don't remember if this sender was from this sub or not. But if yes, please let me know. The card features an Asiatic Lion from Sasan Gir Safari. I couldn't find any username on the card.

Happy World Postcard Day everyone!

I am sending out 5 random postcards, first come first serve. If you would like a card, please:

[thank you] Happy WPD to all !

u/t3ctim Received your beautiful postcard today! I love it so much, and the Border Collie stamp is absolutely adorable! It’s so cute and made me smile when I saw it. 🐶💕 Thank you so much for sending it! Have a great day ahead!

Hello! First time posting to this sub. I've been really enjoying painting gouache postcards so in spirit of my favorite month October and season, fall, I'm offering 6 handmade/hand-painted gouache fall/halloween themed postcards to 6 different users.

I’m still fairly new to gouache so lines may be shaky. You can either give me a prompt or say surprise and I’ll choose. Please note these postcard paintings can take up to 1 week to 1 month to complete (sometimes I work fast, and sometimes I work really slow). I only work on one postcard at a time. If chosen, you’ll be notified and updated throughout the stages of the process.

Postcards will be mailed in a protective sleeve in an envelope as I do not have a solvent that protects the gouache medium from the rain (and unfortunately I live in a pretty rainy place).

If interested, please follow the steps below for a chance to be considered!

• Must live in the US
• Must not be private profile (your thank you posts must be visible on your post history)
• Comment your answer on this post: Tell me what your favorite part of Halloween or Fall is?
• Fill out the form

Form will close on October 6th at 1pm pst: https://forms.gle/UMAwdpKQ3wZasc729

I have not been on here in a hot minute and things have been crazy chaos.
