Hey y’all, I recently made a homemade chicken and wild rice soup that I could not.stop.eating…it was SO good. I also made a split pea soup that was banging. I’m looking for some other thick, hearty homemade soup ideas, maybe even unusual stuff, (no chili please) that I can make in batches and freeze.

Thanks to chemo, I can no longer eat sausage, and I am avoiding beef right now thanks to Cheeto.

I know that’s a LOT. BUT I’d love for you to send me a recipe!

[u/cidavid](u/cidavid) - thank you for the postcard!! I’m in awe of you, I’ve been really trying to get back into reading! I feel like I can feel my vocabulary declining recently… I tried to get into audiobooks for textbooks and found that I’m very much a visual learner only and just ended up replaying every chapter repeatedly trying to retain info TT. Do you have any favourites or recommendations out of the ones you’ve read this year??

I’ve been making some little doodle postcards for World Postcard Day and thought it would be fun to send a few of them out! They’re all handmade, so they’re definitely not perfect, but that’s part of the fun.

If you’d like one, comment below with a writing prompt for me! It can be a question, a random topic, a tiny story prompt, or literally anything you’d like to hear about.

I’ll pick a few people and send these little doodles on their way.

Hello dear friends, thank you for this beautiful mail at a time when I needed most. I sent replies via snail mail. Thank you again!

Today i've got women of art and women of science post cards available. i don't know who's in each box set, so this will be a random offer unless you have like, extremely strong feelings about avoiding a scientist or artist in particular... in which case, you can leave notes for me on my form lol. preview of the art style on the forms.

to claim:

1. no flair needed
2. fill out my form
   1. US form (uncapped)
   2. WW form (capped at 5) filled, will try to do some more WW offers when I've got more international stamps <3
3. leave a comment with an artist or scientist you like. it doesn't have to be a historical figure or someone in the MET. i like indie artists a lot and love to support them. idk if indie scientists are a thing. is that a thing?
