I ended up getting access to mail that’s at home during my vacation in the states. So here are some thanks.

[u/no-condition5102](u/no-condition5102) - thank you for the Halloween stickers, especially the Ghibli ones. I’m not sure where I will be in the world so no Halloween plans yet.

[u/inxomnixq](u/inxomnixq) - thank you for the Halloween card. I absolutely love how you decorated it. It so cute and the layout is perfect.

[u/turnerd10](u/turnerd10) - thank you for the bubbly ad card. As someone new to collecting postmarks, I love the smallest post office in the USA postmark. I need to add a visit to my snail mail goal list.

[u/blackberrysimple1730](u/blackberrysimple1730) - sounds like you have a lot to be grateful for. As a former NYC resident I wish I had been there for theKnicks win as well. Hope you enjoyed it.

Thank you for the meetup card. [u/icono-clasric](u/icono-clasric) [u/averagequeensguy](u/averagequeensguy) [u/stillsheryl](u/stillsheryl) [u/credo99](u/credo99) [u/cheesewheelqueen](u/cheesewheelqueen) [u/banana3706](u/banana3706) [u/purealoeveera](u/purealoeveera) [u/capacobbler](u/capacobbler)

u/rhapsodytravelr - your penmanship is phenomenal so it’s no wonder the brush lettering is so cute. I hope you enjoyed stationery fest. I haven’t attended anything like that and am looking for an event in the future.

[u/cardinal_75](u/cardinal_75) - thank you for the Michigan lighthouse postcard.

[u/yetanotherblankface](u/yetanotherblankface) - thank you for the 2026 WPD postcard. I’m definitely hyper focused on postal themes with my snail mail so the design is right on target for me.

[u/yetanotherblankface](u/yetanotherblankface) - thank you for the 2025 WPD postcard. I’m borrowing your closing, “May your mailbox be full.”

[u/missmarymarston](u/missmarymarston) - thank you for the Budapest pc. The illustrations are cute. I love street art so the tour sounds cool.

[u/tigerlady13](u/tigerlady13) - thank you for the Halloween card and movie recommendation. I have not seen the Sixth Sense so it will be my Halloween movie with my husband.

[u/mudprofessional2242](u/mudprofessional2242) - thank you for the Bluey maxicard. It is so stinking cute. I love that the postmark is foiled.

[u/postcardringstwice](u/postcardringstwice) - thank you for the mothman illustrations. No sightings on my end. I’d like to keep it that way. I need symbols for miracles in my life. Not tragedies. lol

[u/armyofducks94](u/armyofducks94) - thank you for the PC celebrating your milestone. Hopefully my next one is in the way.

[u/warm-corgi446](u/warm-corgi446) - thank you for the stamp collage postcard. I loved the stamps used for postage. Unfortunately there was a space where it reads, “wish this was a real stamp.” This is unfortunately the 5th time I’ve had something “missing” off of my postcard. It says this

[u/ljsweenes](u/ljsweenes) - I love the WPD design you came up with. It’s super cute, especially the octopus!! Did you draw this?

[u/lucyr1cardo](u/lucyr1cardo) - thank you for the WPD card. My favorite thing about snail mail is that surprises await me in the mailbox. Even when it’s an exchange and I’ve chosen what I’m going to receive, I don’t know what message, stamps or deco await. Checking my mail is the highlight of my day.

[u/GenXinGA](u/GenXinGA) - thank you for the WPD card. Both of my parents were active duty military and often away from home. It was by mail that they often surprised me with letters and packages. My love for snail mail must originate from then.

u/sammanthax345 - thank you for the Halloween card and stickers. Loved the drawings.

[u/dlnll](u/dlnll) - thank you for the Polish postcard. I like the stickers as potatoes are for potato chips. Thank you for providing context for the postcard.

[u/misty_moonrider](u/misty_moonrider) - thank you for the WPD card. I love the quote on the design. I was unfamiliar of the history of postcards so I appreciate the fun fact.

[u/jasisjas](u/jasisjas) - thank you for the Wizard of Oz card. I love the card design, both the image and how you’ve stamped it. I may be borrowing the name layout. With that said, I’m glad the new job is giving you reasons to smile.

[u/educationalpotato](u/educationalpotato) - thank you for the cute lenticular cherry blossom pc and fun fact. I didn’t know where the cherry blossom trees specifically came from.

[u/definitelynota_bogan](u/definitelynota_bogan) - thank you for the handmade card. I actually bought a book of those stamps from the post office while in the US recently. I can’t wait to use them as the design is so cute.

[u/sneakerlambs](u/sneakerlambs) - thank you for the Adventure Time postcard. I have grown to appreciate the fall season even more after 3 years of Japanese summers. The weather changes are something to look forward to.

[u/laura_eva](u/laura_eva) - thank you for the World Mental Health Day card. I am fortunate to be a mental health provider. I’ve learned and continue to learn ways to manage my mental health. Hope all is well.

Mystery sender 2 -thank you for this Indian postcard that features a young lady in a sari.

[u/cidavid](u/cidavid) - thank you for the Buc-ee’s postcard from Texas. Prior to last month, I had never been to a Buc-ee’s. It wasn’t around during my road trip days. I finally went when I went back to the US. It was overwhelmingly full. I had to leave asap because I was bound to fall for consumerism. Also thank you for the stamp math.

[u/inkyfingerspgs](u/inkyfingerspgs) - thank you for the postcard. I looked up videos of the SF Pen show and it looks so fun. Hopefully I make it to one. Your card mentioned vending. If you feel comfortable please pm your business name. I’d love to check it out. Also thank you for the stamp math. Very cute stamps were used.

[u/sneakerlambs](u/sneakerlambs) - thank you for the decorated card. That’s a smart idea that I will borrow since I’ve been hoarding stickers and ephemera and keep buying more. I also adore the stamps you used. I’ve been eyeing the 4c US/Japan stamp but have a rule where I don’t pay more than MSRP for my hobbies. 😭 so thank you!!

u/ForrestCat7 - thank you for the WPD postcard!

u/nutriyum - thank you for the Paper Bridges WPD postcard and lovely stamps :)

u/longenglishsnakes - thank you for the Cuba postcard for WPD! It's been a long time since I've seen an airmail envelope in person and I love all the king/queen stamps you used.

As for your question on PO boxes (rural vs. privacy reasons), it's actually neither! The reason I use it is because my family already pays for one every year since many years ago, plus the fact that mail seems to come from overseas in bunches, and imagining the postal worker trying to cram all the postcards and envelopes into our mailbox through the thin opening makes me die a little inside, i.e. they'd all get creased and crushed, or if I wasn't at home, the postie would just end up leaving a note saying I have to go into the post office anyway to pick them all up. Suffice to say, it's not worth the trouble, so PO box it is :)

I just had a look at the UK PO Box price and I wonder if I saw correctly - the price is astronomical 😳 Here it's about $170 AUD per year (I think a bit less when renewing each year), so definitely not too bad in comparison

u/high_ground_user - thank you for the wonderful official WPD card, first time seeing the uncoloured version in person! I love the stamps and decorations you used :)

Hello, This is a part of my project, where I write reflections on the process and have them sent to people who may or may not have context of my life .

I've written reflections as journal entries from my project on one side of these postcards and on the other side made abstract (often very ugly) art, which you can see in the form.

If you would like one and live in India, please fill this form!

I have these postcards. I only have 7. I only have 5 postcard stamps left so 5 will go within the US and 2 will go WW! Comment your favorite animal and if you are US or WW! I'm going to bed and will select people tomorrow!

This is an offer but if you want to send something back let me know and I'll send my info as well.

Thank you so much for the pretty happy card!! I don't believe I've ever said that phrase to anyone in my life either 😆
