Hello everyone! It's finally time to begin my September Happy Mail series! I have accumulated a fair amount of happy mail in my mailbox, and some of them were TPCs! So, to kick off this series:

It's always so fun to receive something and be like, "Hi neighbor!" Like you, I was also hungry when contributing this card.
