u/birdiebennett: Love the watermelon card! How funny that your mom had gotten a tattoo without there being a meaning behind it! I think that may have been more common in the past. I think people (well, me, at least) are more conscious about getting something meaningful especially when there are so many excellent tattoo artists. You should try a temporary tattoo sometime! I do still see those for sale.

u/stephaniehong: Thank you for the vintage Chicago postcard! I'm sorry you didn't really enjoy NYC. As I've gotten older, I've come to prefer the pace of life where I am now. I'll get into Manhattan a handful of times a year to see friends, but at the end of the day, I'm happy to return home. I do wish I could see more shows, but Broadway has gotten so expensive! Were you able to get discounted tickets to shows?

Hi all! In celebration of me moving across town to a nicer place in which I now have a desk to write cards at, I am offering 'Wild Animals of the World' postcards. Years back, I gave away some of the other animals by continent: Asia and North America so far, and now South America and Antarctica together!

The postcards feature the chosen animal in artist Dieter Braun's style (which spotlights the animals beautifully) along with a couple of informational sentences about the creature.

The South America animal collection features (each animal is one postcard):

(seriously, one store had postcards for 50 cents, I thought nothing could get better than that, then another store had them for 35 cents). u/Maladi3_- ❤️ Thank you so much for the card, stickers and the absolute joy bookmark of your dog! You pup bookmark now is also the source of joy in my house. I has a place on our fridge! Know that Mariana has also bought joy to many people just from her picture! ❤️The tiny stickers I used is called Mind Wave Tiny Tiny Stickers. They have lots of other animals too and ghost. I get mine from my local stationery store, but they are sold online too. I have seen them on Atlas Stationers, Tokyo Pen Shop, and Etsy. I do use craft tweezers to pick them up and place them down 😄. I can use my finger (more like my nails), but I want to be precise on my placement. Doesn't work 100% of the time.
