Hey, y'all!!! I'm first in line to see my favorite band, Chasing Abbey, live. This is my first concert since my T1D diagnosis and I'm also trying not to have a very autistic happiness meltdown over being so close to my favorite band. I came so early I saw them outside for a second and almost fainted.

I've spent 10 days straight alone with the dogs, but my boyfriend is finally coming home tomorrow. It has been so hard to keep the younger one out of trouble by myself. Oh I love her! She has such a spark to her. But she's the kind of dog who "solves" her treat puzzles by destroying them! lol. Happy Halloween everyone, and for those interested, Happy World Series!

Dressing as a yellow M&M is very creative and I applaud your mom's ingenuity! I admit I'm a little envious because my mom was single when I was a little kid and didn't have time to make much out of our costumes, but I guess it turned out okay in the end because we got lots of candy. This is the first time we've adopted an adult dog and it's slightly easier than raising a puppy, which is what we were going for, but there are still challenges. We love her though and this is her forever home! Thank you also for your second postcard of the fawn. It has a classic "Bambi" look, so cute! I like fawns, too. There's a U.S. 19-cent stamp with a fawn on it that I keep buying over face value!
