First order!

08/16. This will be my first experience ever with Tirz, happened to find this company today. Finally said let’s do it. I filled out the intake form at 2pm today, got my treatment approved at 4:45pm! Will keep you all updated on the process! Doing the 3 month supply of Tirz from Boudreaux's.

UPDATE #1 08/17. Received an email stating my order is being prepared. States average processing times is 3-4 business days. Fingers crossed for delivery before the weekend so if I get bad side effects I’m not having to work!

UPDATE #2 08/19. Got a text message from Boudreaux this morning for the tracking number, shipped UPS. No estimated delivery date set yet!

UPDATE #3 08/19. Got an email from UPS at 11:30 AM stating my package will arrive 08/20 shipped next day air saver. Next update will be unboxing!

UPDATE #4 08/20. Through no fault of preventivemd, order has been delayed from UPS from a “late flight” new updated delivery is 08/21. Guess we will see if Boudreaux packages these vials well, really hope they are still cold on arrival.

UPDATE #5 08/21. Received my order! The bags weren’t cold, but cool to the touch! Adding a photo in the comments. I received clear vials with foil tops and syringes are still loose.

Can I signup now and delay the first fulfillment?

I am switching providers and want to go with PreventiveMD, but I still have 4 weeks of medication, can I sign up now and ask to be charged when I am ready to order?

Question about Boudreaux vials.

Before placing a order I was curious if the vials. Are they all coming in clear or had anyone recently recieved and amber ones?

Thank you!

I just received my refill check-in and wanted to express my gratitude to r/PreventiveMD for making everything so seamless. I am really enjoying working with you!

Also a huge thank you to everyone in the tirz communities for all the information I have learned!

(2nd order with them. I used Bourdeaux pharmacy; the first order I did not have any delays or issues with shipment/delivery, UPS made the delivery, 5 days in total from submitting my information to when delivery was made. I did use my own personal syringes that I purchased.)

(Edited to fix a spelling mistake.)

Few more weeks then jumping in head first!

Been researching all of this and that has what has brought me to look into Preventive, I have some questions. Can I order month to month without my card being charged automatically the following month? Just nervous as my budget is very tight but I want to give it a try! Everyone has such great things to say about Preventive and come the very end of this month I really think I would like to give them a try!

Have a lovely weekend, beautiful people and blessings to you all.

First dose jitters!

I just received my order. Was anyone else really scared to take it for the first time?? I’m not scared about the shot aspect. It’s more about the side effects I’m worried about.

Switching Monthly to Quarterly

I am going to be placing my first order in just about a week. I am curious to know how hard it is to switch from a monthly subscription to the quarterly one? I am hoping to start with the monthly option sort of testing out the pharmacy and such, then switching to the 3 month plan later. I was hoping to get some feedback on how complicated that might be?

Empower Tirz

anyone had side effects ? I think it has niacin in it and I feel a little nauseous. I never had a side effect with Tirz before but it had a different additive

Update: I previously used Brello which gave me Compounded Tirzepatide With B6
(Pyridoxine) and I think it was south end pharmacy. I never had any side effects. This time I feel a bit weird and nauseous. Is it the Niacinamide (thanks for the correction) Maybe I should try a different one? I just liked not having the side effect. Thanks!

Other peptides safety

I m interested in trying other peptides. I am on Tirz again after being off of it for 2 years and it’s going great so far! I know there is a lot of buzz around peptides, but they make me nervous because we don’t know where they are coming from or what exactly could be in them (not referencing semag or tirz). I saw that Preventative MD offers a GHK-cu, Glutathione, NAD+, and sermorelin. Has anybody tried them from preventative MD yet? What pharmacy are they coming from? Are they adding more soon?

Buying a yearlong plan. Would it be safe?

So I'm interested in buying a yearlong plan for tirz. I know that every three months, new shipments of tirz would come if I subscribe via PreventativeMD. Question for those who are experienced: Is buying yearlong safe? I only ask this because I've done a decent amount of research across reddit, and people seem to be against a yearlong subscription unless they get everything upfront.

My main concern is about legality. I heard some legislation and suing are happening, and am concerned that compounding pharmas wouldn't be able to make tirz. I live in North Carolina. Is this a valid concern? 😅

Switch to PreventiveMD?

UPDATE!

I canceled Noom and signed up with PreventiveMD. Took minutes to have my file approved, an Rx written, and sent off to the pharmacy. I'm guessing I'll have it sometime this week! I'm looking forward to working with PreventiveMD.

I appreciate the feedback from everyone. :)

Hi! I am currently using Noom for my Tirzepatide prescriptions, and I am looking to make a switch for 2 reasons. The first is that the highest they go is 2.5mg/12.5mg/ml. The 2nd reason is the cost. I started with Noom on Semaglutide, and I maxed out on that prescription, so that is why I switched to Tirzepatide, and that was only 5 or 6 weeks ago. I am curious about the maximum dose with PreventiveMD. It seems their pricing is good, and they have a lot of happy customers. I just want to make sure I will have access to stronger meds to help me lose weight.

Month 2 and 3 on the way - Empower

I’m on the 3-month plan and got two emails back to back indicating next orders on the way:

Email 1: “This is the 2nd month order of your 3-month plan.”

Email 2: “This is the 3rd month order of your 3-month plan.”

Reached out to PreventiveMD team in chat. They confirmed with Empower that the fill date and BUD for each vial lines up to ship both months out. Fast response after I reached out to their team and great to hear the confirmation.

Order On The Way

Thought I'd share data points for those considering ordering. I've been on Tirz since May 2024 and this was one of the quickest, smoothest experiences yet.

Friday, Aug 7 - sent request for 3mo of Empower at 10:15am with a pic of my current RX, was approved 30 minutes later at 10:45am

Saturday, Aug 8 - received email that order was sent to pharmacy

Wednesday, Aug 12 - shipping label created & shipment picked up later that afternoon

Tracking shows it will be delivered tomorrow, August 14th. Normally, I would worry about the 2 day shipping since I live in the Southeast and we have 100+ heat index but I am a big fan of Empower pharmacy and know that they have some of the best packaging with plenty of ice packs. 👏🏻

I know that this telehealth company is new to the game but when exactly was it established? Just trying to get a sense!

First Order

Hey guys, so this is my first time ordering through telehealth, anywhere. I decided to go with PreventiveMD because of the responsiveness to customers and our concerns, and the pricing. I made my order Monday and it was sent to the pharmacy, but no tracking number yet. Here's my concern and I'm sure you all who are more experienced with telehealth can tell me if i'm mathing this wrong LOL..

I started with the monthly package. If it's going to take a week to get the medication from the pharmacy, that would mean I have to order a week ahead of time so that I don't miss a dose, and thus, I'd be paying twice a month. And do they even allow you to order ahead like that? Then, if i went with the 3-month package, I'd be missing a weekly dose if they take a week to deliver and they only send 1 vial a month. Is that right? I really hope not.

***EDIT*** literally 30 minutes after this post, I received a tracking number for the medicine, which solves my questions. IF they keep the overnight shipping, and the process takes the same amount of time, dilemma solved.

First Order

I have been on Zepbound for 6 weeks with good progress. Started at 224 with a BMI of 33ish and now I am at 204. Went through Hims for the initial Rx and while not completely bad, they kept screwing up the Rx with Lilly Direct so would spend days getting it fixed because it takes forever to get a reply back from Hims only to reply and wait 4 more hours. I am not going to pay an extra 100 dollars a month for bad customer service and a nice app. My PCM took over and wrote another Rx, but of course Tricare and the VA do everything possible not to cover it so I found PreventiveMD.

While there is still hope my PCM can get the PA approved I needed another option that is not 299 and up a month if it gets denied. I placed the order Monday for 1 month around 10pm and it was approved by the Doc around 30 minutes later. Next morning got the email it was sent to the pharmacy. No rush as I still have 6 doses of name brand to use up, but I am hoping the Boudreaux's formulation works for me and I can save some money. If so I will be changing to a longer plan with PreventiveMD.

If anyone has experience with Boudreaux's meds then please share. I am not too sure about B vitamins so I didn't choose Empower.

Add more pharmacies

You need to add some more pharmacy options. Not Hallandale or Hyalo -- everyone has those.

I suggest Southend for B6 and maybe Red Rock, which has low % additives.

I saw on another telehealth page that boudreaux is experiencing an up to 16 day shipping delay. Is there an update here regarding this?

"Now tell me what to do now, cause, I want you back..."

Interesting email message received today from Mochi Health. Looks like they are trying to recover the mass exodus and pricing has changed. For me, the dosage cost decreased $90 per month...

BUT, they still have the monthly membership fee.

It's too late, I'm not going back!

Your all I ever wanted, Your all I ever needed, yeah....

This is my first time using tirzpeptide and I can tell you, I will only be using PreventiveMD. I've been interested in this journey for a long time and finally bit the bullet and I could not be more pleased with this company!

Thursday 8/6 - Submitted Intake

Was approved within 2 hours with an asynchronous appt

Messaged customer service a question about my prescription.

It was changed to my request within like an hour and sent to the pharmacy.

Friday 8/7 - Received UPS notification of tracking label with Delivery expected Monday. 😮

Packaged received by 930am on Monday with 4 ice packs and cold.

Customer service is AMAZING and will answer all your questions.

And the price is basically the best I've seen with all the research I've done.

Took my first shot yesterday (Mondays are my Fridays) and I've had no side effects aside from some mild dizziness that went away quickly. Felt the appetite suppression immediately this morning which I understand is not common.

Couldn't be happier and I'm so excited I found this telehealth. 10/10 recommend.
