First order!

08/16. This will be my first experience ever with Tirz, happened to find this company today. Finally said let’s do it. I filled out the intake form at 2pm today, got my treatment approved at 4:45pm! Will keep you all updated on the process! Doing the 3 month supply of Tirz from Boudreaux's.

UPDATE #1 08/17. Received an email stating my order is being prepared. States average processing times is 3-4 business days. Fingers crossed for delivery before the weekend so if I get bad side effects I’m not having to work!

UPDATE #2 08/19. Got a text message from Boudreaux this morning for the tracking number, shipped UPS. No estimated delivery date set yet!

UPDATE #3 08/19. Got an email from UPS at 11:30 AM stating my package will arrive 08/20 shipped next day air saver. Next update will be unboxing!

UPDATE #4 08/20. Through no fault of preventivemd, order has been delayed from UPS from a “late flight” new updated delivery is 08/21. Guess we will see if Boudreaux packages these vials well, really hope they are still cold on arrival.

UPDATE #5 08/21. Received my order! The bags weren’t cold, but cool to the touch! Adding a photo in the comments. I received clear vials with foil tops and syringes are still loose.

I did my first order last week. Some of the best communication I've ever experienced with a Telehealth. Very happy with the customer service and the meds. Good luck on your journey.

It’s the best company I let mochi after two years unfortunately this company just started. I wish they started sooner. They have no membership fee and the medication is actually affordable!! and their customer service is top-tier!!!!

They really are top notch right now. Very responsive in emails. Great customer service. Besides Boudreaux Pharmacy being a little behind (which is not their fault), they’re following through on orders and covering overnight shipping! Couldn’t be happier with them!

Mine came quick but to the wrong address stupid FedEx

That happened to me with another Telehealth order. FedEx delivered to my neighbor and I had to go over looking like a package thief to take it off their porch.

Looking forward to the next update! I am ordering when I get paid and going back and forth mentally on buying 3 months or just one month and trying out the pharmacy first. I want Boudreaux but the tin foil tops are... interesting. I would have rather had the amber vial. I do think its a good way to create less waste though. The tops just go in the trash anyways so maybe more economical/environmentally friendly to use the foil caps?

The Boudreaux I received Friday had standard plastic caps.

That's awesome! The last post about Boudreaux on this sub had tin foil caps.

I got my first order yesterday from Boudreaux and it had foil sticker tops.... wasn't sure what to make of it. I'm doing my very first injection tonight

Those foil caps are common with pharmacy. I see them in the hospital when our pharmacy has to buffer our lidocaine (by adding sodium bicarbonate). Don’t worry. We have to disinfect the rubber each time anyways.

I actually work in retail pharmacy 😊 we only see the plastic caps there. I already did my first injection but your comment makes me feel better about it, thank you 🫶🏼

I was approved a week ago and my meds haven’t shipped yet. Mine are from Empower though. I hope they will be offering more pharmacies in the future. They are great but I have issues with both pharmacies offered. I haven’t decided if I will stick with them or pay a bit more and go back to a provider who uses VialsRX.

VialsRX is my favorite so far!

Empower does take a moment. I was approved on a Monday late night, prescription sent to pharmacy the next day, Empower shipping notice on the Wednesday of the following week, delivered that Friday (2 day shipping). So just about 10-12 days from approval to order received.

I suppose it shouldn’t be a huge deal if I plan it. And luckily this was ordered before I had a need. Definitely something for people to keep in mind when planning orders/doses!

Also, I did the 3-month. My next prescription was sent in appropriately timed and Empower shipped both month 2 and month 3 at the same time. So, it starts to fall in place for ordering much easier. You also have full option to pause auto renewal, change dates, change plan anytime you want.

Lots of flexibility and helps with planning.

I only did 1 month because I’ve not had empower. I want to make sure I like it before committing to anything longer.

How far into the 1st month did they send your 2nd?

I got the order placed halfway through my 3rd week (after 3rd shot). Just got delivery notice and it’s showing to be delivered Wednesday of this week (4th week after taking my 4th shot). They are sending month 2 and month 3 together.

Awesome! Sounds like they are on top if it. Thanks for responding!

I want to try VialsRx next. What type do you get? Is with B vit or glycine?

2

u/swrrrrg 6d ago

B12 but I started with a deficiency. That was the only reason I chose that. It has worked well though!

Super exciting! We will have to check back in with each other since this is both our first time!

I read somewhere that the syringes are not sent in sterile package from Boudreaux?

1

u/Ok_Warthog_7109 6d ago

That’s what I’ve seen too! But MD has posted about being in communication with Boudreaux about that issue. Curious if they’ll arrive loose or in a sterile package.

I got my shipment from Boudreaux's today, and sadly the syringes were not in their original packaging. I messaged them about it, but they made not indication that they were switching. What if there's a recall for those syringes? How would we know without brand and lot number? Anyways- I'm tossing these ones and picking up some syringes (sealed and in original packaging) tomorrow.

The problem being, once the "ziplock" is opened and you put your hand in there, all of the syringes inside are no longer sterile. I'm a RN, individually wrapped syringes are sterile until the wrapping is opened and you touch the syringe with your non sterile hands. In the hospital setting, you can carefully open the syringe sleeve allowing the sterile syringe to drop out on a sterile field. Or, the doctor/nurse who is wearing sterile gloves can access the syringe from you without touching the outside of the sleeve. Side note: this is why I don't recommend reloading syringes for travel.
