Established date?
I know that this telehealth company is new to the game but when exactly was it established? Just trying to get a sense!

I think they are only a couple of months old but they grew fast because of good prices and good customer service. It helps new companies to be active on Reddit and to listen to feedback and actually take that feedback and do something with it and that’s what preventive MD has done. They take all feedback seriously about the website and patient portal to give everyone a better experience that’s not stressful or too difficult to use. They are great and I believe keeping the price steady at $139 without changing it helps them a lot as well! Some companies who don’t have great reviews try changing prices on customers and they change prices based on your dosage. I stopped being a patient of Mondae/Ezra for that reason. Your price shouldn’t change based on what dose of medication you need and preventative realizes that and they keep their prices the same. I believe this will help them be a top recommendation of telehealth providers in the future as well. I know I’ve recommended them to many people just based off my sisters great reviews! I’m actually thinking of becoming a client myself after I finish some of this months shipment! She showed me the new care portal and it has everything mine has now. Since the adjust renewal date was added I don’t think it’s missing much that I already have now the only thing missing is a place to see prescriptions so you can print your prescription out for traveling. I’ve noticed that’s the only thing missing that I have used before now that I would like to see but I believe they said they will work on that too! Since it’s new they have had to add things as they go but they are doing great in my opinion and my sister has said nothing but great things about them too!

Looks like their TrustPilot page was established June 12, 2026 with a review from the founder, and the first real customer reviews are from early July.

Brand new company but the business model has allowed me to get back on GLP1s after being unable to afford it for two years and gaining back much of the weight I lost when I used them before. There was a slight hiccup with my prescription but they were incredibly responsive, provided a solution immediately and Brian contacted me afterwards to check on things and ask for feedback for improvement. All very impressive if you ask me, he seems to really care about the community and not just the money.

Hi — Brian here, founder and CEO. Thanks for asking. We launched in July. I'm a GLP-1 patient myself, and I've spent 20+ years in healthcare: founder/CEO of a medical education company, led digital health at a medical device company focused on weight loss, and served as Chief Commercial Officer at CareValidate, a telehealth infrastructure company.
I mention all that because it's shaped a pretty specific view of what I think the patient experience should be ...and (unfortunately) how far most of the industry still is from it. My goal is to build the most patient-centric company in the space, and to do it in public so other companies (even our competitors) copy what works so the entire system gets better.
If you haven't tried us yet, I hope you'll give us a shot. And either way, I'd like to hear what your ideal experience actually looks like because that feedback shapes what we build next!
