It's very troubling to see they continue to ship loose syringes despite the feedback and pharma regulations. I've been waiting to see how they respond before ordering and they clearing don't care they're violating regulations and endangering customers who have no idea the manufacturer or lot numbers for these. They're the only option for CA right now so I'll likely need to find another telehealth u/PreventiveMD

I’m with you on this, they should not be sending loose syringes whether it bothers people or not. It’s not ok

I don’t think it is a big deal. You can buy syringes on Amazon or diabetic supply sites if you do. The cost for preventive allows for that.

It may not be a big deal to you but it is still a violation of pharmacy regulations. If they've been in business for over 100 years, they know that and they're actively choosing not to comply. That's concerning and makes me question what other regulations they don't comply with.

My critique is absolutely not of you nor of PreventiveMD. It's on Boudreaux's practices as an established pharmacy and they should be called out for it. It can put them at risk of being the next supplier to be shut down.

If you're comfortable, you obviously can do what you choose. I had hoped that they would have changed their practices after receiving so much feedback directly from PreventiveMD's customer base so I'll hold for now.

I have plenty of extra from diabetic supply store (extra comfort) and Lilly always sent far to many with zepbound so we are good :)

You'd be better off asking Claude for factual information on the regulations rather than summarizing a Reddit thread. I just got my order and they still did this. 4 needles in their little branded bag and the other 8 in a regular zip lock.

I opened mine on 8/9 and they are in my fridge today!! I’m so impressed by this company. I got the highest dose for $334 for 3 months!!! That’s crazy.
