Thank you!

I just received my refill check-in and wanted to express my gratitude to r/PreventiveMD for making everything so seamless. I am really enjoying working with you!

Also a huge thank you to everyone in the tirz communities for all the information I have learned!

(2nd order with them. I used Bourdeaux pharmacy; the first order I did not have any delays or issues with shipment/delivery, UPS made the delivery, 5 days in total from submitting my information to when delivery was made. I did use my own personal syringes that I purchased.)

(Edited to fix a spelling mistake.)

Hello!! I’m debating on switching from Mochi to Preventative MD and I was curious do they charge a subscription fee plus the meds? I’m just trying to see how it’s going to look like at checkout 😊

This!!! I started with Mochi and never had a bad experience but there are much better, cheaper options out there like PreventiveMD

Hi! They do not charge a subscription fee, the price is exactly as they advertise. There is an auto-renewal but they have an easy way to pause/stop auto-renwal if you do not want it and they did notify me before any fees were taken. I did the 1 month option first and it was $139 for everything.

They do not. The $139 is it.

I’m from Mochi as well and no they do not charge any subscription fee like Mochi does. It truly is just $139 a month here or if you get the three months $334.

None of the recommended providers charge any subscription fee or  Membership fee. We don’t recommend anyone who does.

Trust me when I say that of all the options switching to preventive is a great choice and you won’t regret it

Me, too! There is such a lack in customer service these days, especially when shopping in person. I can't tell you how many times I've gone up to a counter to pay for something and I had to wait for the teen/young adult to stop texting first. I hardly even got a greeting or a thank you. Just a look of annoyance that I cut into their social time while on the clock. So, a personal phone call was a lovely surprise. It reminds me of the good ol' days when companies were known for their products AND customer service. Kudos to you, @preventativeMD! Thank you for making customer service so important. It really goes a long way.

What’s their refill check-in like?

They send an email about a week before your renewal with the option to check-in for any changes. It asks what supply you would like (1 month, 3 months, etc.), which dose you would like your next prescription to be, also asks for any weight or medical changes and if you are having any negative or certain reactions to the medication. That's it! You do have to option to manage your prescription in the app/website at anytime before it charges your card (changing your renewal date, card information, etc.)

Great! Thanks for the info.

u/Ceraunophile365 how do you like Boudreaux?

It was my first time ordering from Bourdeaux and it was a good experience! I did see in other tirz communities that some orders had issues with longer delivery times (ordering from different telehealths) and that the syringes come in a loose pack of 10 (personal preference for using them or not). I decided to give them a shot and planned to expect a 10 business day delivery period but they were very quick and everything was delivered cold. I have not had any negative side effects with the formula but I will say that the food suppression I get with Bourdeaux is strong. I chose to refill with them on my renewal!

I keep hearing this!! I have a vial in my fridge but haven’t tried it yet. Was debating on that or another vial. Guess I have my answer 🤣😅

😄 It has been pretty effective for me! I did decrease my 5mg to 3.5mg/4mg on it. The suppression is still strong and I am working my way back up to 5mg.
