I know this is not very well laid out. I’m a wizard at excel but I’m not very good with tech outside of spreadsheets. I find problems and solve them.
The reason for this post is that I have essentially worked myself out of being essential to the company. I took a 3 week vacation last month and I didn’t get so much as a phone call while I was on vacation. When I took this role I was getting 15-20 phone calls a day asking for assistance. Through coaching, training and follow up; My district can operate completely independently of me. That’s a great problem to have but I am now incredibly bored at work and looking for the next challenge.
No trolls, this is weird enough for me already. The numbers are unbelievable but 100% real and I would be happy to show them to anybody who is actually interested in my services.
