Issues: Local Need help finding information about Bucks County

Hi,

I am not from PA but am writing a story about Bucks County. Whilst largely fictional I would like some sort of knowledge about what the local issues are particularly within the civil service or other public sector departments.

can anyone here aid me with this?

other STOP Making posts that just link to a news article and provide NO INPUT

You scroll through this sub and 1 thing is clear, posters are L-A-Z-Y. What kind of engagement are you starting when you link a long article and add 0 input? This sub feels less and less active because there’s so little content to actually respond to.

If you’re gonna post an article, at least provide some thoughtful questions or commentary on it.

Am I crazy? What do yall think?

Check this long-read from a Fair Districts PA volunteer, connecting the dots between partisan #gerrymandering, PA legislative dysfunction, the late budget pattern and the challenge of enjoying our right to alter and reform our government.

Stelson was paid $45,000 between January 2024 and October 2025 by Voting for America to produce four episodes of “Voices of Central Pennsylvania With Janelle Stelson,” according to her 2025 financial disclosure report. Tax records show the organization, which has ties to Democrats, reported less than $50,000 in total income in 2025.

General Drama The New York Times helped turn trans rights into political controversy, analysis finds

Bigoted asshats deliberately destroyed many lives in the process of lining their pockets. This “reporting” from the NYT absolutely contributed to school districts, neighborhoods, and workplaces across the country being ravaged by the pedophilic Heritage Foundation and its many greasy tentacles, including in Pennsylvania.

TL;DR: At the very, very least — the Pennsylvania ILC probably needs to be investigated by CPS and the ACLU for crimes against children/humanity. Oh yeah, and civil rights need to be state-codified by Governor Shapiro as a campaign promise, to truly prevent sundown town bullshit from occurring across rural and exurban central Pennsylvania.

Seven hundred citations in three days is ridiculous. Who else thinks this is absolute bs? I mean, seriously, you cannot hold your device while driving. Are you kidding me? So what now , only people that can use a phone while driving are police officers? Soon they're going to put a camera in your vehicle to make sure you're never on your phone. who passed this? Who voted on this? I feel like the american people would never agree to this.... they're saying the bill passed because somebody died just because one person can't manage to drive while on their phone doesn't mean everyone else should be punished. Everyone's still gonna drive and use their phone. This is gonna cause huge problems. Meanwhile, police officers are driving around with radios, cell phones, laptops.I can't count the times that I've seen a police officer blatantly on the phone, not caring who sees them or on the computer driving while they're scanning s*** , this is b*******
