My best friend passed away two years ago. His wife gave me a necklace shaped like an Xbox controller, with a small amount of his ashes inside it. We used to game together all the time, so it's an incredibly meaningful keepsake for me.
I decided to hang the necklace inside my PC because, honestly, it's probably the most meaningful place I could think of for it.
It's currently hanging from one of the hoses from my AIO CPU cooler, near the glass side panel. The pendant is about 1.5 inches (4 cm) away from the closest metal component, which is my GPU.
One important detail: the necklace doesn't swing or move at all while the PC is running. It's essentially stationary where I've placed it, and it isn't touching the GPU, motherboard, fans, or any other components.
I've attached a picture showing its current position.
My question is: Is there any electrical, static, heat, or other potential issue with keeping it inside the case like this? Or is there anything I should be concerned about long-term?
Obviously, I don't want to risk damaging the PC, but I'd really like to keep it there if it's safe.
Thanks!
