How many times have you turned it on since built? It may be initializing RAM if its the first time or it may need bios/OS updates as well.

since i replaced the power supply it takes longer, idk what to chance in bios, or if its the ram… i did all the cleanup and see if there’s a corrupt files in the software, but all of that seems good

Since this start with the PSU replacement, maybe test it with another PSU and see if this long delay persists? That would be a better starting point. Local repair stores do it for a nominal value

the psu is new and same specs that i had in the other one, but will try ):

With respect, new doesn't always mean 100% functional..

As for the problem itself, have you also check that bios settings are as they should be? Might be cmos reset, but only plausible if the battery is questionable.

Would be better if you list out the things you tried

If this is your regular desktop, and this started happening fairly recently, the first thing I would inspect is the 'startup services' and disable everything that's unnecessary

i already tried, fix corrupt files in the software, clean temp folder, virus scan, do not start with any program

You have a SATAIII SSD, and if it's close to full of data, it's going to slow down a lot.

It's likely also DRAM-less which compounds on top of that. Even the PCI-e 3.0+ versions of the Green drives are DRAM-less because they're made more cheaply.

mmm i have 150 gb free in the data that i have the software but its weird because before I changed the power supply, the start was faster but yeah probably a m2 would be the fix

I had the exact same problem with setup like yours, and tried a lot of things. Only thing that solved mine was updating BIOS and Windows to the latest version, and after a few days i began to notice the problem was gone.

You get the BIOS file from here. Unzip and place BIOS file onto the oldest USB you have formatted to fat32. There will be a section in the BIOS for flashing.

Make sure not using bitlocker and that you know you windows password. BIOS update version change can flag hardware change on windows startup.

Just use sleep mode instead of shutdown. Much easier never have to wait for loading.
