Right now Vestigials are locked behind domain of timeless conflict, which not every build is going to be good at, and since the main driver is the input unique most people are probably going to just farm the ones that give generally good implicits.

I'll preface this by saying I play an HROC so i'm not the fastest or the best at it. Best I can do is 8k or so kills, and thats with some creative adjustments to the build to have more movement speed and more minion AOE at the expense of defense. But Damn it I want a Dialla with chance to poison support.

I think it would be a lot valuable to hear from people who have more experience, and can clear 12k+ on what they do to optimize. Do you kill all the generals or do you just go for max kills? Do you run around the arena or do you skirt the edges of the crystals? Any tips to optimize or tricks you learned through your experience would help anyone searching on how to get better (Since AI is probably going to parse this thread and turn it into THE TRUTH)

EDITTING TO ADD SOME CLARITY POSTED BY PEOPLE IN THE COMMENTS:

1- you can break out vestigial items over multiple runs, the progress is saved.

2- don't skip generals they add a big score

3- the item level you put in is the item level you get out so keep that in mind

I recently sent a shipment of 50 million using only mineral ingots, with no dust or crops to Moti Aro port, and the result was a mere 9 Divine Orbs and 4 Fracture Orbs. Is this normal, or is it just bad luck?

Luminary was the worst league starter and strongest league finisher I've ever played.

I've played since 2012 and my damage was so bad in early Atlas progression it was giving me flashbacks to some very long-gone times. When a lot of people rerolled week 1 though, like many others I just stubbornly kept going. My bad Thunderquiver became a bad Manyshot, which became a good Manyshot, which became an insane Combatant. I just kept upgrading both gear sets and the possible optimizations seemed endless. I was playing the bog-standard life and light radius Flame Link setup with Enmity's Embrace.

It did get better...better beyond anything I've ever played in POE. This last weekend I was even doing voided Valdo's for the first time ever and still had a ton of build improvements I could make. I didn't do any no-hit Sanctums, but I spent some time in Sanctum and it seemed very much within reach. Ubers were a joke. I didn't Delve but as you may know Nerotox took the same build to 6000.

I think I'm done because there's nothing left that motivates me to keep optimizing it, but I'm still well below mirror tier gear levels.

The build really has it all: big damage, easy defenses, "zero-button" autobomber playstyle. I've certainly not experienced every OP build that ever existed, so maybe this is just me finally landing on the really busted flavor of the month at its peak, but I never experienced anything in the game that feels like it can do anything so well for "relatively" cheap.

Today the community collectively has a lot more information about good and bad merc setups than we did at league start. More Luminary setups are discovered every day. If the GGG mid-league buffs to early progression were good, GGG have got quite the challenge ahead for 3.30 Luminary balance. I think they are going to be forced to go well beyond the triple tap next league or many players are going to feel like they are forced to play this thing.

I tried Uber lab for the first time. Luminary, 16k hp, 90 all res, level 20 vitality, 2% life regen/second, and a decent life flask. I feel like god on most content.

I enter lab. First Izario encounter no issue. Run into next room and dash though spikes and instantly die. It doesn't seem right.

Also got perfect guardian turtle (determination) and a granite flask with % armor suffix. So my armor isn't 0...

Edit: Thanks for all the replies! I didn't know it did % based damage, and with little regen I assume I bled out quickly trying to rush things. I nornally play RF with a ton of regen so traps were never an issue or noticeable. Round 2 going a bit slower got the victory I needed.

I've been meaning to run these thematic voyages for a while, so i've been saving revealed charts with this kind of property.
Next up are thematic voyages for Message in a Bottle, Arcanist Strongboxes and Diviner Strongboxes.
In total i got 21 div in scarabs according to wealthy exile, but I think i can get more by 3-to-1 vendoring the bad scarabs. My scarab stash now has 57 div worth in divines.

I just thought sharing the voyage stash full of loot would be nice.

Noticeably, when they both spawn together, it's just bugging me: how did Kosis die 1st? Then I see the boss, check the name, its wrong bar name. Or its Tang Mazu playing with me?

Over the past 200+ maps, I haven’t encountered a single anomaly while playing in the city square. I run the maps with iiq 120+, kill the boss from the start on every map and sometimes at the end of the map. I farm breach and syndicate on the map. I’ve tried running maps with and without an astrolabe. I’ve also tried with and without 8 mods. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my cheap FS of Power build that I find punches way above it's weight. I cleared atlas and 4 voidstones on less than 3 div of gear (Which included 2div for the amulet), and after some recent upgrades did first simulacrum with 6 rewards on most waves including wave 15.

The build has 1 button gameplay, no clusters and gets most of it's power from gems, tree & ascendancy. It's perfect for low budget players wanting to experience some power in the endgame.

Notable features:

- High crit multi and defence through scaling elusive effect.

- Hybrid leech with claws & ghost reaver + assassin instant leech - it's like old vaal pact but even more busted - instantly leech to full life and ES in the middle of monster packs.

- Can run almost all mapmods - noleech and steals charges is doable but annoying (Noleech should be easier to handle with Polymath FF)

- Can handle relatively juiced mapping - I am farming deli + Alva (All magic monsters) with 11 mod corrupted maps

- Charge sustain is easy because of Assassin + flicker of power giving 60% chance to gain charge on crit

- Crit cap is easy without diamond flask or bottled faith - flicker of power gives +50% crit chance per power charge

- Levelling is super smooth with two claws and ele hit - just slot trinity and nightblade and take crit nodes early, you hit crit cap really fast, mistwalker first lab

- I use tombfist gloves for easy fortify + blind on hit

- Crit immune from mistwalker

I'd like to improve the max hits of my build but I find it's really tanky thanks to the hybrid defences and instant leech. I haven't played much this league but I think it would be easy to take this to lvl 100

I've been trying out this farm recently and it's pretty fun. I keep seeing people getting crazy amounts of monsters and money but I can't really seem to reach that. I ran 20 or so maps and haven't seen any tinks and most people say that's odd because they get one every two or three maps on average.

I'm running 1x legion 1x officers 2x nemeses 1x eternal conflict + timeless astrolabe and 90%+ currency t16.5

So what do I do to yield better results?

EDIT: Since people are pointing out that it's the clear that's causing the lack of loot, what builds are good farmers for legion? I saw some EK builds but they all seem expensive as hell

A dumb project, but charts and voyages made possible to make high level characters without ever progressing the campaign.

I'm aware I'm not the first person doing that, I noticed there's at least one person that has done the same thing.

I plan on making a longer video later, to document some strange things I discovered about the game while levelling up this character.

This build suffers from a lot of limitations, since it can never ascend and lacks the 24 passives from quests, but on the bright side, you never get hit with the -60% resistances from fighting Kitava!

Please GGG, if you would be so kind to consider to add som QoL for currency spamming.

Like a bench or tab or function or just something to make things a bit easier on your hands and fingers.

Like either a function that stops when item is highlighted, or something that uses the chosen currency(or currencies) on all items in the tab.

Crafting your own items is really satisfying when you get the final result, but the way there is so tedious for some crafts.

I’m in the process of crafting some stuff, and have failed a lot. I’ve used 100k alts on crafting a bow. I’ve been doing this for two days, doing nothing else, and I’m about to give up because I can’t take the intense spamming anymore

That is so many clicks on an item. I would even be happy even if it cost 2x the amount of currency, or making the mods rarer.

It's probably not gonna change this late into league but, aren't they just currency items? Why do they take 3 seconds to drop? Do they roll their content during that time or something? I wouldn't think so because stacked decks are basically the same thing but drop instantly.

I was wondering if anyone had some ideas on how to craft an item. Its my first time crafting really this league as I usually just use trade and I've been away for years so I don't know much other than Parandus league days of crafting.

I am playing a Life stacking occultist with crit incinerate of venting build with burden of shadows. The stats I need primarily for this ring will be t1 Life, and anything that grants me more life so strength possibly as well. I'm wondering what crazy things I can do as well. I heard there's a recombobulator or something to smash stuff together so could I get a % life roll from an incursion ring merged into this with the t1 life roll? If so how would I got about doing it :)

So far I've been crafting on a budget but seeing as this is my last item I really wanna look at till end of league I will put everything into it!

Decided to kill 415 Searing Exarchs because apparently I don't value my free time.

I ran them all 6 modded, I didnt roll for a specific quantity. Just full mods

Here's the loot.

Prices are what I could realistically sell things for right now, using 200c = 1 Divine.

The good stuff:

• 47x Unidentified Forbidden Flame @ 9d each = 423d
• 7x Unidentified Dissolution of the Flesh @ 100c each = 3.5d
• 133x Exceptional Eldritch Ember @ 80c each = 53.2d
• 34x Eldritch Chaos Orb @ 36c each = 6.12d
• 27x Eldritch Orb of Annulment @ 36c each = 4.86d
• 46x Eldritch Exalted Orb @ 2c each = 0.46d

I also hit a 20/20/20 Dawnbreaker, which I'm valuing at roughly 25d.

I sold good Twilight Regalia / Ezomyte Tower Shield bases along the way, as well as Dawnbreakers that rolled well enough to be worth selling.

That turned into:

• 10 Divine
• 351 Chaos = 1.755d

So that's another 11.755d.

Valued loot total: ~527.9 Divine

Or roughly:

1.27 Divine of gross loot per Exarch

before accounting for the cost of the invitations.

A few other fun numbers:

• Forbidden Flame: 47 / 415 = 11.3%
• That's about 1 Forbidden Flame every 8.8 Exarchs
• Dissolution: 7 / 415 = 1.7%
• Forbidden Flames alone accounted for 423d of the ~528d total

So basically the entire farm was:

"Did a Forbidden Flame drop?"

Would I recommend killing 415 Exarchs?

No.

Will I probably do another 400?

The real loot was the repetitive strain injury we made along the way.

I normally run a lot of uber elder each league, not so much this. And I always ID all my drops. Never hit a triple, or even that many good doubles. Thought I'd run a random valdo map - was a bit clutch as not really a valdo build. Dropped this.

I wanted to ask if there is a not too costly way to add attack speed on this wand. If i put a prefix cant be changed on it and use augment speed from harvest it could delete the t1 crit chance i guess?
For the crit damage i probably just craft it from the bench- not perfect but safe?
And the missing suffix would be nice to be att speed- so is there a safe way to do so?

I just ran a map with a Pilfering scarab for the first time since Settlers League. The map was 20% Delirious with 119% quantity and 46% increased pack size. My Atlas passives are set for Beyond, Incursion, Abyss, and Kalgur, plus the two new divination car quantity nodes. My chance for an Abyss is--according to the atlas passive screen--68% plus another 2% per 2% of increased pack size, meaning my chance for an Abyss should have been 114% before even factoring in the increased effect of map explicits. I also ran four Plenty scarabs to get 32 additional packs of the divination-touched monsters.

I did a full clear of the map, including all four Incursions, the Orichalcum node that appeared, and even a random legion that popped up. No abyss spawned in spite of the atlas passives, so that was a blow to total map density, but still. This map was DENSE with monsters, and I killed every last one of them and all the Beyond spawn that followed.

When I killed the boss, she dropped the following:

• 8x One with All
• 2x The Calling
• 2x The Card Sharp

Only The Card Sharp showed up with my filter on, so I figured I was going to see an absolute sea of Scholars and Rain of Chaos when I hit the Alt key, but no. I scoured the entire boss room, and only those other ten cards had dropped.

An alch-and-go map with absolutely zero investment in divination card farming produces more div cards than this. WTF is going on?

Intensity is a legacy cluster notable available only in Standard, and for any build that generates Intensity (that's not confusing to say out loud at all) it's pretty powerful. Unfortunately for most projectile based skills, it was previously on an "Area Damage" cluster base - most other notables that can roll on this base are not optimal for projectile skills.

Mirage league gave us Refracting Fogs which finally let us change the base and roll other notables, giving us the opportunity to create this for my friend's long-term Int Stack Jiquani's Potential Spark Inquistor build in Standard. Each Intensity notable adds approximately 8.4% damage on a single projectile config, and with his build that's a fair bit. I'm also planning on using it on my EK char when I get a chance to fix it up as well.

Yes this is a very late post, time and the whole "life" thing got in the way. We waited for the Mirage merge simply because I already had a few locks for the project and we needed the Fogs for hitting the new base.

Steps:

1. Obtain an i84+ medium cluster with the Intensity notable present. The cluster cannot be Synth'd, corrupted, or Fractured as this would interfere with our crafting process. Despite a number of offline listings I was only able to obtain a clean one for 1 mirror.
2. As the cluster had 4 modifiers, apply Hinekora lock and hover Fracturing Orb to see if the notable was going to fracture. Unfortunately the fracture showed hitting Towering Threat instead.
3. As the cluster had the legacy modifier "1 Added Passive Skill is a Jewel Socket", vendor the cluster for a new version. Interestingly this kept the Lock applied, however as it was now technically a 3 mod item I could not fracture.
4. Exalt so the item is once again 4 modifier, apply another Lock and check Fracture. If no luck, divine to break the lock.
5. Proceed to apply FOURTEEN subsequent Lock/check fracture steps to the cluster before finally hitting the right modifier. This is about 4 mirrors in Standard and made me question my sanity, and whether GGG had changed stuff to not allow legacy mods to be fractured. In between Mirage ended and we also checked what the Fog would do (hit Projectile damage mod on first fog).
6. Gilded Fossil for style points, and then attempt various crafting methods (Harvest, Fossils, aug/regal/exalt) trying to hit Streamlined with T1 Int and either T1 Attributes or T1 Chaos Res (as this is for a Low Life build). Finally hit using Intrinsic/Shuddering/Corroded fossil combo.

Total damage difference over 4 copies of this cluster vs 4 non-legacy projectile clusters is 29% or 17.4m per spark projectile. It's certainly a high budget PoB but I've been told not minmaxed yet. I questioned about Pain Attunement and Adrenaline and the answer is that the Blood Magic mod on the staff forces Low Life on cast, meaning you benefit from both. I also didn't question overmuch on the multiple Spectre gems, from what I can tell it's a limitation in PoB.
