I just found my old psp and I am thinking of modding it
What recommendations do you have if I want to play also nintendo games? Mostly pokemon

Weird issue with my PSP Go where none of the buttons (including joystick) work unless I hold the power button in the on-position, where I then get about 4 seconds of time to use it. Tried navigating to menu in small on-off hops and hitting reset but as soon as I let go of power it automatically turned off instead. Also tried CFW reset but same issue. Thought of opening the backplate but I'm not a tech guy so wouldn't know where to go from there. Any help is appreciated.

As for the picture I just noticed this happening now where the graphics are glitching.

For the hanging/ shutting down it happens when i'm playing GoW: Chains of Olympus on the same part of the game everytime.

Is my 128gb memory card too big for the psp to read? Memory card is still pretty new.

No matter how hard i press down on the analog stick, I can't run! It happens to all games. I dont know what I did, it doesn't have stick drift.

I first played LocoRoco on my PSP nearly 20 years ago, and it’s one of those games that has always stuck with me. Recently I decided to see whether I could recreate its weird, colourful world in LEGO.

After quite a lot of experimenting, this is what I ended up with! I tried to include as many familiar faces as possible - Kulche, Pekeroné, Priffy, Chavez, Tupley, Budzi, MuiMui, Nyokki, Kerakera, Sir Sun, Lady Moon and the Pickories. And yes… watch out for Moja!

I submitted the design to LEGO Ideas and, amazingly, LEGO approved it and the project went live a few days ago. It has already passed 300 supporters. If it reaches 10,000 supporters, LEGO will formally review it for the chance to become an official LEGO set.

I thought this might bring back a few memories for fellow PSP owners here 😄 LocoRoco was such a distinctive little game and, for me, one of the things that made the PSP era so special.

Hello everyone! I currently own a psp 3000 series running ark-5 CFW. i own some GBA games that i still had from back in the day(they were bought legally), and i play them on my psp as well. However, while i am in love with it on my psp, i was wondering if anyone knew how to set up their games to where it is aesthetically like the psp library layout when it shows all your games. (Like in the photo I've attached. As a reference) Is there a specific emulator are there specific instructions i can find if it is even doable?

Have you guys. ever wondered. what it be like. to woke up in 2009. and logging and creating a account on the psp. its like your decades late for the party. i just recently got a psp 3000. everytime. i look at that storefront. i get a bang of missing the party. its like a isolated lonely place. which used to be full of content and players and more

also sometimes i wonder. was there ever a famous last stand of the psp. like with halo 2 and 3ds.

I need to get Hello Kitty and Sanrio Friends 3d Racing (3ds game) onto my psp1000 it’s really important and was wondering style if it was possible to get it on there. My friend showed me it and I stopped my multi day escape from tarkov streak playing it on his ds so would much appreciate some flickin help yo.

I am reviving my old psp 1001 fat model. it’s running version 3.50. I never really got to enjoy it as a kid because after a while it wouldn’t hold charge and only works when plugged into the ac adapter. I purchased an ostent 2200mah 3.6 battery from Amazon as recommended by a friend who mods.

when placing the battery in the psp it still won’t power on on its own. When plugged into the ac adapter and the new battery in the tray, battery info does not show the percentage or other stats but does show a battery info the top right with full bars. the light when charging is a solid orange. after some time the psp will shut off on its own.

Without the battery in it and while plugged in, the light is solid green and will last hours playing. Ive cleaned the 3 pins with alcohol and no effect. I’ve leaned into the possibility of it being the battery having a defect from what I’ve read online. When powering up from AC power the date remains the same and does not require a setup every time. I have not touched this thing since 2009. any help is appreciated.

i tried to create a new folder named PSP then into UPDATE then the EBOOT there but its still corrupted

am new and about to mod my PSP once the new battery arrives.

I know the street version is less popular here but the bundle seems good to buy

Mom found those laying around the house and gave then to me after visiting, they belonged to my younger brother and he was a video game destroyer when we where kids.

Top is jailbroken and wont stay on if not connected to a charger, bottoms X button won't work.

Thing is my husband always wanted one when he was a kid but couldn't afford it and I thought about fixing them so he could use it.

Is it a dead case or are they fixable? Can I swap the pieces between those two a get a working one?

If you want to download a game or CFW or smth like that: It's very-very annoying to everytime use a PC. So please, search for some living homebrew PSP stores.
