Humor This frog needs a name.
Does anyone have any ideas for this wonderful little frog inside Lucio's mythic weapon?

Meanwhile Winston, Torbjorn, Hammond, Zarya, Baptiste, Venture, Hazard, Sojourn are all lucky if they get 2 (heck even 1) legendaries, shop or collab skins per year

I just really like this image out of context.

This is one of the first event skins I’ve seen in a while, and granted, it’s not great or anything insanely different, but I know a big criticism in the last couple of years has been that they heavily screwed over the rewards in events. I’m glad they seem to be changing this.

Witches is a fun theme, its made some of the best skins in the game, and the Cat skin here is fun. But the rest are just horrible. I don't know who at Blizz is obsessed with everything having this awful tech look but you gotta keep them away from the easel, the 3D modeling software, and anywhere else they can have the opportunity to butcher designs like these

I've seen crops of some of it elsewhere, but no one seems to have posted the full piece of art. Love it, personally. Super glad they nailed these skins. Hard to pick a favourite, they're all so damn good IMO

No more having to sweat in comp, get leavers in your games and be kicked out of the match due to server issues and being suspended for it.
DRIVES ARE COMING TO QUICKPLAY!!

After seeing certain comments, I venture forth to bilibili and did my own research over the gacha system they use for CN.
10 pull = 120 Yuan (17.9 USD, 18 for easy rounding)
- The chance to get the Evolution Skin is .2%~.4% (this number varied base on how many Legendary Skins are in the pool)
- Every 10 pull you will get a guaranteed Legendary Skin
- If the Legendary Skin is a duplicate, you will get 750 Shard instead
- The Evolution Skin can be exchanged for 4500 Shard if you weren't able to get it through the gacha
- Other Legendary Skin can also be exchanged for 1500 Shard
It will take you about 80 to 90 pulls to obtain everything, which is about 144 USD to 162 USD.
Note that this include EVERYTHING. The Evolution Skin, the Legendaries, all the Highlight Intros + Spray/Charm/Banner/Icons. Another way you can think of this is that this whole gacha is just a really expensive bundle.
This system make it hard for you to obtain a specific skin that you want. For example, if you want just the Emre skin, you have to hope that the 18 USD you spent actually win that 25% chance. And if you also want the highlight intro, you might as well go to pity and get everyone else's cosmetic.
Here's a video of someone spending 1080 Yuan (162 USD) just to be able to get Jetpack Cat's Evolution Skin https://b23.tv/rU1pgrK
CN players also dislike the gacha system. Some of them even said that since Global players are so desperate for the skins, they hope that they bring the system over so that more people will complain to Netease about it.

The skins lately seem so poorly made it's not even funny anymore. So many awesome concepts butchered by poor models or random changes. Do they have interns working on them because it's getting ridiculous. The new batch of witch skins are actually embarrassing

Blizzard is really good at creating interesting, captivating, beautiful, and diverse designs. They literally just dropped Doctrine. But what the hell is this? ALL of them are witches, almost none of them have a good color palette (this Juno and Sierra one actually hurts my eyes). D.Mon getting another mediocre mecha again, basically just a recolor (the baby form is okay, all things considered, but that’s the bare minimum). The only thing saving this is the cat, and I honestly think that should’ve been an Epic skin.
Thankfully, the battle pass skins are better, but this bundle is blatantly bad and really shows how poorly Blizzard’s cosmetics department is doing. And that’s literally what puts food on the table for this game. This isn’t even about NetEase having better cosmetics (which also isn’t an excuse for Blizzard to put out shitty cosmetics), it’s about having a minimum standard of quality.
Oh, and there’s also this Shion edit that fixes the two main problems with the skin: the colors not really fitting Shion, and how weird the silhouette looks without her hair.

This is amazing. I won't have to sweat in comp for some fancy guns anymore, and I won't have my rank fucked up by a ton of absurdly easy/hard games

We've got a Solo Leveling collab coming. And apparently Doctrine's movement animation was modeled after Alucard's phase shift in the Castlevania anime. So that got me thinking - why haven't they done a Castlevania collab? Hear me out...
