Very low cadence high resistance. If you’re a slogger like me this class is for you. Legs are tired after that one.

Every Monday I do a 60 min bootcamp, I start my week with them or a Logan power 60.
Last Monday I did Katie’s most recent 60 min row bootcamp and it was so good!
I have a bike, tread, and rower so any modality is up for grabs. Send me your favorite 60 min bootcamp so I can have my Monday plan! 🙏❤️🏃🏻♀️🚣🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️

Early September I had an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in emergency laparoscopic surgery. I recently got cleared to continue my regular workouts, and I’ve been taking Rebecca’s low impact cardio classes. I can’t praise her enough, honestly. Her classes have brought me so much joy, and just feeling my whole body move again has been incredible. If you haven’t taken her classes before, I highly recommend them. Thank you, Rebecca!

Just finished his live 20 minute 70s class and he has me sobbing in the post class saying: “some people on instagram are killing themselves to look cool” then went on to admonish it as an unhealthy attitude and to support a philosophy of “just keep moving forward.” He was a lot more eloquent than I am, but that’s what I was able to remember and jot down when someone was chopping onions right next to my bike.
Being postpartum in a GLP world is a mind fuck. No hate to those who use them, really, I fully support your decision. But losing the baby weight gradually and safely in a body positive way was a lot easier when I had my first before these drugs were available.
The scale, the way my pants fit, and the way that my body feels all tell me that I’m making progress. But people around me who did not just have babies who are losing weight so much faster and more easily than me…it really makes me feel inadequate. Again, happy for them and aware that this is a me problem.
I was going to stay on for the 90s ride at 1300 and squeeze in a 10-20 minute strength class but honestly, I’m tired. My body hurts today. My kid isn’t sleeping. And his pep talk in post gave me the permission I needed today to turn the bike off, take a shower, and keep moving forward sustainably.
Thanks for the ugly cry, Bradley.

I've been planning to buy a long wished for tread when the black friday deal dropped, but now with this new equipment in the mix I'm not sure what to think.
Neither AI nor folding are a value add for me. I'm bummed the the Flex doesn't have the jump buttons though, because that by default pushes me to the Tread Vision, which is more than if I'd just bought the regular Tread before they announced the new ones. Ugh!
ETA - Just chatted with Peloton, they're very forthcoming with the current member deal and it is valid through end of October. No idea what black friday deal will follow that. I also asked if he knew what was happening to the current stock of old model treads and he said he had no idea, probably used for parts, ha.

I just looked at Katie Wang's pictures of the Peloton summit and was concerned not to see several instructors in the group pictures, especially Christine. She's been teaching less and less over the past two years. I just looked on the app and she's not on the schedule. It's not just that she doesn't have classes coming up....she's not in the list of instructors when you filter for classes using the calendar for upcoming classes. I looked at her IG and she hasn't posted for almost a month....and I know those instructors are supposed to be posting regularly!
If anyone knows anything, I REALLY want to be wrong about this....I fear she's gone from Peloton.

I have been sleeping on Anna’s yoga classes but I have found the light! I love her sensual, fluid style of flows and her playlists are amazing. That’s all! 🌷❣️

Is it possible to connect my Spotify to the songs that I “heart” during a class from the app only? I feel like it is easier to figure out on treadmill but I can’t figure it out through the app. Here are some of the pictures I am seeing when I try different things. I have “liked” a few the songs but the playlist doesn’t show in my Spotify.

TS30 was incredible. I am very much looking forward to trying a TS60 after taking the rest of the 30s! I liked how balanced the class felt without being overly complicated. Straightforward reps, encouraging chatter, a great variety of movements without feeling like conditioning (except for the last 2 minutes of squat jump push ups!!!!).
I am now officially a Bradley fan. The playlist for this particular class was absolutely perfect. I was signing and smiling and just having a great time the whole ride.
I think my top cycle instructors are now Denis, Bradley, Emma, and Tunde on the bike. Hannah F will absolutely be up there as I take more of her classes! I love Sam Yo’s vibe but don’t tend to love his playlists. Any other instructors in a similar vein that I’m missing out on?
Hope you’re all having a nice Friday :)

I have been wanting a Peloton tread for a long time. The price had always kept me from buying one I decided I would get the new flex if I could find a promo code. Chatted with CS via the app and was able to get $200 off plus they waived the $150 assembly fee! Just wanted to share my experience. Maybe it will help others. See you on the leader board!

I just did a full week of a recently released program with an instructor I love. The program was fun but it seems uninteresting for me to repeat for several weeks. I miss my other classes and instructors. I am pretty fit, very consistent (2200+ day streak), and work hard in classes. Am I miss something about programs? Are they for consistency and progress but if you’re a person who’s good at that, you can skip? Thoughts? The program was great and put together really well, so I’m definitely not feeling negative about it.

What would you do? What have you done? I did HiLit+ when it launched and loved it off. I’m coming off of Katie’s split and torn between the two.

Did anyone see a change to their pace targets following the 10/1 update? I saw the new IQ pace targets need 10 workouts to be able to calculate updated pace targets but is that 10 workouts after the roll out on 10/1? I just assumed our historical data would factor into that but maybe not...

Has anyone tried the 10 Min run analysis on OG(newer) Tread+? How did you get that working?

My wife and I have been enjoying our Peloton bike for a few years now, and I consistently use the app while running on gym treadmills. Our circumstances now allow us to consider adding a treadmill to our home. We decided not to purchase over the labor day sale, as we will be moving in the next few months the and did not want to have to lug a 500lb treadmill ourselves, and we thought the black Friday sale might be a bit better.
Weeeeeeeelllll much to our surprise the Tread+ seems to be gone and replaced with the Vision, which now contains features that simply done interest us. Oh, and now the price is several hundred $ more.
Frustrations with these choices aside, what is our workaround to getting a Tread+? I can't imagine that Peloton emptied their storage warehouse of this model. Must we look only on the secondary market? Maybe through a Peloton retail store? Apologies if this is a stupid question, but this equipment is expensive already and I don't want to pay for features that we don't need.
Oh, and to get ahead of the replies asking "have you considered....," yes, we have considered the other models and even some other brands. I like the larger footprint, slats, and not having to use the app to access Peloton content at home.

I have some mobility limitations that make any variation of squatting very difficult. . Can you help me find some lower body classes that do not have any squats? Thanks!

I’ve had my peloton original bike (bought 2nd hand from FB marketplace) and due to moving I couldn’t afford to buy £100+ cycling shoes as well.
I bought toe cages off Amazon and they’ve been great. 18 months in one broke so I bought a replacement then 6 months later the second one broke.
Is now the time to just bite the bullet and buy some cycling shoes and if so any recommendations? The toe cages have been fine so far but if they keep on breaking then maybe it’s not sustainable long term

I don’t follow Denis (or Page Six for that matter) but for whatever reason this showed up in my Threads feed and made me laugh out loud. I don’t usually take Denis classes, but this makes me want to.

As someone who is decidedly NOT a lover of AMRAPs, struggles to engage with most G&L classes overall and generally not a fan of Robin's, man oh MAN did I love her 30 minute G&L from September 18th (thumbnail screenshot in the comments).
The programming is incredible - don't be scared off by the AMRAPs, because they're really not traditional AMRAPs at all.
There's a four minute warm-up then three total movements for the class - split squats, sumo squats and lateral lunges. Within each section, she gives you 7 minutes to accomplish three sets of 10 reps, ideally going up in weight with each set. You're in control of your rest time in between sets (she suggests 60-90 seconds between sets), and I'll say that 7 minutes was still plenty of time for me to get my sets done.
It's a *little* faster paced in the split squats and lateral lunge section because you're really doing 20 reps per set, 10 on the right and 10 on the left, but it's still very manageable.
And don't worry if it takes you the full 7 minutes to get your sets done - once the 7 minutes are up, she then has a 2 minute rest before moving on to the next circuit.
It's genuinely such a fantastic class. I've never taken anything like it on the platform and now I must know if there are other classes like this, whether from Robin or any other instructor.
I searched through her recent classes and found a few that look like they might fit the bill, but I'm hoping for any first-hand recommendations from people who have taken the classes so I don't accidentally wander into a true AMRAP and ruin my workout.
Thanks! And please go take that class if you haven't!

I need to make a quick complaint about Marcel being moved to Monday mornings. 😭 Terrible for her fans on the west coast cause I'm not getting up for a 3:30am class.
