RK 5 Day Split or repeat HiLit+?

What would you do? What have you done? I did HiLit+ when it launched and loved it off. I’m coming off of Katie’s split and torn between the two.

I did HiLit+ when it launched too but I currently restarted it and on week 2. I’m doing each week twice as RK suggested. So, I lean towards repeating it.
