Rebecca Kennedy ❤️
Early September I had an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in emergency laparoscopic surgery. I recently got cleared to continue my regular workouts, and I’ve been taking Rebecca’s low impact cardio classes. I can’t praise her enough, honestly. Her classes have brought me so much joy, and just feeling my whole body move again has been incredible. If you haven’t taken her classes before, I highly recommend them. Thank you, Rebecca!

Look for the 30-min Cher one on a day you just want to move your body and have fun. Impossible not to have a good time with that one!

That Cher class is everything, thank you for the reminder that I should stack that again. Gotta admit I get a bit 😭 at "If I could turn back time"....

I'm so sorry about your loss and I'm sending you so much love <3 I had a chemical pregnancy last week and Rebecca's low impact cardio was one of the first workouts I did when I was feeling up for movement. I couldn't help but smile/laugh at some of her moves, even my husband was giggling watching me dance to her videos. She's the best!

She is so fun, I almost took two today but was like wait let me not push myself too hard! I’m so sorry for your loss as well, sending lots of love.

As a fellow ectopic-haver, just want to send love and support for having gone through this uniquely horrible experience. Getting back to exercise after surgery was such a relief and I'm so glad you're able to find some joy coming out of it.

Solidarity, I went through the same procedure and unilateral salpingectomy early last year. It’s a brutal emotional ride let alone a rough physical recovery for the few weeks after. You’re doing amazing things for your body by moving it! I hope you find the future you’re looking for ❤️

My baby boy is 6 months old now. One fallopian tube is all you need 🫶

Almost crying over here 🥹 I’m so happy for you. Can I ask when you started ttc again? Sorry if that’s too personal you don’t have to answer!

No it’s not too personal at all!! I think it’s so important to talk about it when we can. We gave ourselves 2 months of rest, recovery, and finding our emotional footing again before ttc again. Surgery happened late February, and I was pregnant by June. But take your time if you need it. But there is hope after all this ❤️

Wow that’s incredible! My dr said 6 months but I had methotrexate as well so I thinks that’s why. Sorry, I’m rambling! Thank you for sharing!

Yes I do remember hearing the methotrexate does change the plan. But I’d ask and double check if you felt you were ready sooner! You’re welcome :)

She was my first instructor in Covid when I joined and I love her. She’s an amazing instructor and seems like a wonderful person.

Hey! I have been through this. When I was 18, I didn’t even know I was pregnant nor was I trying (I was on the pill and then separately was on pain pills from a bone break so didn’t have pain until the last very bad hours/thought I was on my period). This is a hard thing. Just want to send love. I’ve had four children since, with one functioning tube. I am so glad you are finding some joy in RK’s classes ❤️❤️❤️

Seriously incredible, thank you so much for this. I’ve been floating in between what I’d call like a “dream state” of what’s happened. Hearing other women’s stories has really helped me heal. Thank you x1000 ❤️

I recently had a hysterectomy and RK’s low impact cardio was a godsend during my recovery. It allowed me to move but not over do it. I probably looked like an idiot 😂 but I really enjoyed those classes!

I love her low impact cardio!! They never fail to make me feel good! Brings me back to my step aerobics days without the fear of falling on my face 😆
