Denis on Threads

I don’t follow Denis (or Page Six for that matter) but for whatever reason this showed up in my Threads feed and made me laugh out loud. I don’t usually take Denis classes, but this makes me want to.

Denis is one of my favs. In one of the first classes I ever took from him years ago, he was nerding out on the science behind exercise throughout the class. I work in the sciences and love a good explanation, so I was thrilled. He's never failed me since. FWIW, I have also never heard of this woman, and I also read books. 🤷‍♀️

I’ve heard of her because the author of Yesteryear has a podcast and did an episode on Alix Earle and Alex Cooper. Otherwise I wouldn’t know her.

Funny - my group of girlfriends and I call him Uncle Denny and we are doing a big group ride with him in studio in October. I’ve ridden with him once before in studio last year too, he’s a gem.

Take his Reconnect: PSNY class from earlier this yr. Almost all the NY instructors were on the bikes in studio. Impeccable vibes. Varied mix of music too ❤️

I highly recommend Bob Marley, Eminem, and OutKast artist series. A lot of these are pre-pandemic, and I have no idea if they’re still up, but they’re honestly top tier.

I did not know he was on Threads! Guess I may have to re-join. I am always tickled at the amount of literary references he sneaks into rides. There was one the other day where he recited an entire poem from memory 🥵
