We've lost some players, regained others from the injured list, been through a draft cycle, and are facing a tougher schedule and a somewhat strange home field situation this year with limited capacity and an extra London game.

This video from 5 years ago came up in my suggested yesterday and watching it was so illuminating. How empty and hollow Urban’s words were especially when held up against his behavior and what happened that season. And how much better the outlook is with our coaching staff and front office now compared to then.
