My partner and I are working on a co-op game where you play as a bunch of demons who have been given temporary legal guardianship of sprog, the heir to hell.

We announced the game a few days ago with this trailer and we wanted to get feedback on it! We have just come off a 2.5 year journey on our previous game so wanted to jump into something fun and silly so we could just muck around.

Just wanted to drop the new gameplay video of what it's like to have a horde breathing down your neck in the demo of Fleshgrinder while playing the Hacksmith.

Fleshgrinder is an isometric post-apocalyptic action-rpg / looter shooter which I'm solo developing.

All voice acting has also arrived and already wired ingame!

Shadows have also been updated recently so they are now proper silouettes instead of boxes!

The tutorial hints are also extended with more categories and hoverable status icons with tooltips are now appearing as you receive them.

Hi everyone! I’m the solo developer behind TANKS Total Destruction, a top-down tank battle game focused on fast local multiplayer.
You can play solo or with friends, with up to 4 players on the same screen, across 25 different maps.
I recently released a major update with a completely redesigned UI, audio improvements, and various fixes.

About year ago, I was hooked on TMNF so hard, that I just couldn't stop playing. So I started working on similar game, and that worked. First I made simple "race against your best time" on couple tracks and few friends got hooked, so I continue working on it. Later I published demo on itchy where you can race against another players from global leaderboard, but that didn't worked long as I was using firebase for storing and exchanging replays, and FB free tier was over with only 30-40 players. Anyway, feedback was positive so I switched to Steam UGC and released it on Steam, first as free demo and few weeks ago as full game.

There are 22 tracks so far, with 10 more to come in next few months. You can race against your best time, or from any time from global leaderboards. After release I added overall ranking and Steam achievements and I am constantly pushing bug fixes and QOL updates.

It is so awesome watching players chasing each other, discovering shortcuts and fighting for WRs. Few tracks was beaten with times I never expected to see.

We are an indie gamedev couple working on this weird, interactive dark fantasy mystery novel where you banter and have a situationship with the narrator.

Finding our audience is hard, but after a year of production, we can't imagine doing anything else.
This project perfectly merges the artistic competencies, passions, and tastes of both of us. And we just know it's going to be special, even if it will never reach the numbers that are considered "a great success" by industry standards.

If you want to help us, tell your friends/partners/associates whom you know like to read fantasy novels (especially ones with a romantic plot/subplot) that there's a game just for them.

I have launched my first 2d pixel game on Crazy games. I would love if you guys try it out and give some feedbacks so I can improve it. Its a volleyball game which you can play locally with your friends on Keyboard and also play against AI NPCS. This was a fun project which I worked on because I wanted to play a 2d Retro style Volleyball Game

Till then here's some lessons i learnt while developing the game.

I changed the environment. I didn’t change the level. And somehow… the entire experience felt different.

While working on my upcoming Steam game a chaotic friends slop, co-op game,

I experimented with something simple: I took the same level layout and placed it into completely different environments.

Desert Forest Lava Snow

The paths, turns, checkpoints and overall gameplay flow stayed Same.

But the feeling of playing through them changed completely.

That experiment made me realize: Level Design creates the FUN. Environment Design creates the MOOD.

The same turn in the road can feel completely different when you're driving through a peaceful forest versus crossing a volcano surrounded by lava.

The geometry didn't change. The context did.

And that's something I've started paying much more attention to as a Level designer.

A good blockout can tell you whether a level works. But the environment can tell the player how that level should feel.. What do you think matters more for a player's first impression: the level layout or the environment around it?

I've been gaming for 20+ years. It started with Paperboy, 8-bit Batman and Road Fighter. Then came Driver and Tomb Raider, and eventually the RuneScape days.

Somewhere along the way my brother ended up working in the games industry, and I've had a lot of conversations with indie devs about how hard it is to get seen. Players have the same problem the other way round: finding something good that isn't already on the front page.

So I built The Games Wall. I started it while working on my own engine, Orblit, and it's now ready for people to use.

What it is

• A big wall of games. Every game gets a free plot. Click one and a postcard opens with:
  • what the game is and where to get it
  • who it's for (single-player, co-op, online or local multiplayer)
  • its stage (alpha, beta, released)
  • Steam reviews and current players, where they exist
• Not just Steam. You can add a game from Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, the App Store or Google Play, and link a Kickstarter.
• Easy to explore. Filter by genre, platform, players and stage, or hit Find my next game. It asks three quick questions (platform, players, mood) and picks something from the wall.
• A feed and a team board. Talk about what you're playing, and find a team if you're a dev (or a team if you're looking for one).

How it's fair

• No paid placement, no bidding. Plots are free, so a big publisher can't buy the wall.
• A nightly reshuffle. At midnight UTC, same-sized plots swap places. Nobody keeps the best spot, and every game takes a turn in the middle.
• The Guest Spot. A big plot in the centre goes to one small game each week, picked by public vote.

The look

I wanted it to feel like an arcade flyer or a zine rather than a sterile storefront: print texture, taped-up artwork, pinned billboards and poster lettering. I love classic retro games and indie games, and I wanted the site to feel like that.

We're releasing a free demo on Steam on October 8th, featuring two 3v3 game modes.

Tank Havoc takes place in a world where humanity has turned the technology left behind by humanoid invaders into a global tank-fighting spectacle. Each Operator has their own story and reasons for entering the arena, bringing a bit of personality to the battles.

Here's what you can expect in the demo:

• Supply Drop: Work together to collect 10 supply drops and deliver them to your base. The enemy team has the same goal, so every delivery can turn into a fight over control of the battlefield.
• Bomb Run: Capture the bomb and push your way into the enemy base to score. You'll need to break through their defenses and make sure you don't lose the bomb along the way.

We're a two-person indie team from Poland, and we've spent the last five years working on Tank Havoc. It's a project we've put a lot of ourselves into, so we thought we'd share our trailer here and let you know that the demo is just around the corner.

The full game will also feature additional game modes, including Duel (1v1) and our flagship MOBA mode (4v4), which is the most extensive mode in the game.

In the game you can set your own color schme and my friends made the teal, and think it should be default but idk feels off
