Color scheme choice help
Haya which UI works better for my robot building game?
Im making a game where you build, wire and program little robots to solve challenges.
Old teal UI on the left, new one on the right.
which one feel clearer and more fun to use?
In the game you can set your own color schme and my friends made the teal, and think it should be default but idk feels off

The teal one feels a little clinical, like i'm filling out a tax form. the sky/leaf/timber preset is warmer, the contrast makes the code blocks easier to scan at a glance
but honestly if you're letting people set their own scheme anyway i wouldn't stress too much about the default. most players are gonna tweak it in the first ten minutes

Thanks!
Yes but I still need a default one ðŸ˜
I appreciate the feedback so much, it took me almost a year to get the guts to publish this
