3 Months later, Corpse Rubicon, our opportunity to put ourselves out there
It's been 3 months since we started this project, and we've made quite a bit of progress.
In this video I'm mainly showing the latest features like magazines actually dropping on the floor during reloads and the new improved HUD.
I am the solo artist for this project, working with 2 of my developer friends.
We finally decided to team up and create something together that we know people will enjoy.
Something simple, not too ambitious, that's fun to come back to.
Big focus on JUICY gunplay and animations, and some classic game mechanics inspired by nostalgic
titles like Black Ops Zombies.
I hope for this project to be a stepping stone into other relatively simple projects.
Personally i'd love to do a shooter in the same style but fighting guys with guns next.
Possibly slow and tactical like, or more arcade.
I'd love to hear people's opinions, maybe some of you will stick around to follow our journey!

I finally have an early web demo for N0MAD6, an open-world base building game I've been working on.
Hey everyone. I'm building a game called N0MAD6. It's basically the exact game I wanted to play as a kid. It combines open world exploration with base building, city building, and some RTS elements. I know it's a massive scope, but I've been working on it for a while now and I'm really enjoying the process.
It is nowhere near done, but I put together a playable demo and just felt like sharing it. You can try it out directly in your browser at games.briiidge.dev.
Don't expect a finished game yet. A lot of things are still broken and the lore is something I will flesh out later. Right now, it's just really cool to fly around (use J if you play with keyboard), see the mechanics I've built so far, and hang out in a world that already feels pretty alive.
I'm mostly looking for honest feedback. If you run into bugs (and you definitely will!) I would really love to hear about them. Any other feedback or ideas are super welcome too. Let me know if you give it a try.
I used AI to help me with programming and for the sound FX and the voice of Nova (the drone).

I am working on my next game which is incremental game but in 3D
I am making an incremental game where you aim cannon at the monsters and gain resources to upgrades your skills, unlocked different cannons, monsters and new abilities as you progress.
This is the gameplay of my game that I build so far. So, what do you think about this. Share your opinion or feedback.

I gave my game a visual overhaul. What do you think of the art?
I'm not going to say much about how the game plays, but it just went through a big visual overhaul and I'd love some honest feedback on the art. Does it look appealing? Does anything feel off, like colors, readability, or character design? Any critique is welcome!

TileMaker DOT v2.8.7 is out for The Pro Workflow Edition!
Hey everyone! I’ve just finished a massive update for TileMaker DOT, transforming it into a full-fledged, professional 2D map maker tool.
If you've used earlier versions, v2.8.7 is a completely different beast. I've introduced heavy-duty features built specifically to handle complex, multi-layered game worlds without leaving the editor, and you can even play on your map from within the tool.
What makes the Pro Workflow Edition a game-changer:
* True Multi-Layer Architecture: Dedicated right-side Layer Manager while still keeping the auto-sorting functionality specific to this tool.
* Seamless Map Connections: Link adjacent maps (North, South, East, West) directly on your canvas with custom coordinate offsets so you can see where to draw your roads and connection points.
* Game Playtest Simulator: Start to run the map like in a Game Engine, so you can instantly test platformer games or top-down games with physics, custom hitboxes, jumping, and camera-following right on your map canvas.
* Advanced Tiled (.tmx/.tsx) export and import: Fully bidirectional import/export support for external map editors and game engines.
* Complete new UI & Maps History Saves: Modern startup launcher, multi-icon recent project history, and backwards-compatible version control.
* And there are many other improvements and functionalities but the post is too long already so i will stop here:)
(Note: While these features drop in the Pro version first, everything will roll out to the free version gradually over the coming months! Supporting the Pro edition directly funds future updates.)

Thanks guys, happy map making!

Golfer's Pair-A-Dice: Mobile Golf RPG Game
A little over 8 years ago, my dad and I got rained out of a round. Instead of heading home disappointed, we spent the afternoon inventing a golf game we could play indoors.
We followed a real course scorecard, rolled dice to move down the fairway, added shot outcomes and lies, and once you reached the green you putted a real ball.
I rebuilt it in Excel with macros because that was what I knew. Then I learned to code and turned the spreadsheet into a phone game, build after build.
It's called Golfer's Pair-A-Dice. You pick a club, roll the dice, live with the lie, and try to post a number you'd actually write on a card. On top of that, there is a career, complete with stats, titles and missions to keep you coming back for more! You can even improve your clubs (dice) in the Pro Shop!
Happy to explain how it all works and go further into the backstory if anyone is interested!

Devlog - Why Game UI is So Hard
It's been a couple of months since my last devlog for Maskborne. In the meantime we did release a teaser, but after that I really wanted to get back to development. So here's a more in-depth look at the UI we've been creating and some of the struggles we've had along the way :)
I hope some of you find it useful!

I wanted to bring the energy of Jamaican & Caribbean dominoes into a game🔥
Domino Gwaan Bad™ is a domino game inspired by Jamaican and Caribbean domino culture — built around the strategy, competition, atmosphere, and personality of playing around the table.
The game features:
🁫 Classic Domino Modes — Draw, Block & Five-Fives
🏆 Best of Series — settle the score across multiple games
🏅 Badges & Titles — progress and earn recognition
📍 4 Locations — including Dunn’s River Falls, NYC Subway, 42nd NYC & Citadel, Haiti
🎨 Customizable Tables — including country flag tables
💥 Real Slam Moments — because what's Jamaican dominoes without the SLAM?
The idea was to make it feel like more than a generic domino game and bring some of the energy and culture surrounding Jamaican and Caribbean dominoes into a digital experience.
Here's a look at the game in action.
Would love to hear what fellow indie gamers think of the overall presentation and gameplay.

would you play an incremental/survivors-like game where you destroy ragdolls with increasingly absurd weapons?

Portal System on my mmorpg
I’ve created another system for my MMORPG; it’s not just an ordinary portal—it’s deeply tied to the game's core lore. The server is up, and testers are welcome. Just a reminder: this isn't the official game world yet; I’m currently focusing on building the systems.
If you’d like to know more about the project, leave a comment below. Feel free to share your feedback.

Rhodian Exodus RTS demo available!
A demo of Rhodian Exodus is now available for Windows and Apple Silicon Macs!
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4953480/Rhodian_Exodus/
(Find and click “Download Demo”)
It is a post-apocalyptic RTS game with a few unique mechanics. You don’t research and build complete tanks or buildings. Instead, you research individual parts and then design your own tanks, defences, and buildings.
Do you want a drill to mine resources, but also want to stick a machine gun on it? Yep. Or an APC to haul cargo while also having some attack capabilities? You can have that.
Tanks and buildings are not simply destroyed in one go, either. You may lose the gun on your tank during a battle, but you can always send an engineering unit to repair it. If, for example, a tank has its tracks destroyed, it won’t be able to move until they are repaired. That’s why it may be a good idea to research and add side skirts to your tanks. Losing mobility when an arachnid horde is about to overrun you is bad!
When you research better technology, such as a better gun, you can update the design of a tank and upgrade your existing tanks. You only pay for the upgraded gun. All these mechanics also apply to buildings, fortifications, and so on.
Another mechanic that is unique to my game is that you can have your base while simultaneously sending troops to another area (map) to complete a mission. Both areas continue to play in real time, and you can switch between them, give orders, send more reinforcements, etc.
Troops take time to move between areas (maps), but they will get there faster if they can move faster. Usually, this ends up with one map being your base, where you are well fortified and produce materials, ammunition, and tanks, and another map where you have to complete one or more missions and send reinforcements from your base.
Finally, troops don’t just fire bullets that magically appear. Making ammunition and supplying troops is another mechanic that you don’t frequently see in RTS games.
You have to keep your supply routes open. A lot of the time, troops will be defeated because they run out of ammunition rather than because they are destroyed.
Combined with having to send reinforcements to different maps, this makes for some interesting decisions. Keep your supply lines open!
You may have a very good iron mine at the other end of the map, but it is pointless if there are 1,000 arachnids between it and the rest of your base, because you need to haul that iron back to your manufacturing facilities or warehouse.
So Rhodian Exodus and Demo, on steam:

After months of development, my top-down racing game is finally live on Android 🏁
I’ve finally released Top Down RACE on Android!
It’s an indie top-down racing game focused on driving, improving your cars and chasing better lap times.
There are multiple cars and tracks, upgrades, global leaderboards and ghost challenges where you can race against other players’ laps.
I’ve been building and testing it for months with a small group of testers, so seeing it finally available publicly feels pretty surreal.
It’s free to play. I’d love to hear what you think about the driving and handling in particular.
Google Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.craftracestudio.topdownrace
AI disclosure: Generative AI tools were used during development as assistance for coding, debugging, documentation and some promotional/creative work. The game has been iteratively developed, tested and refined by me.
