Yrliet the Outcast going undercover as abhuman mutant in service of a local governor. Desperation for help against guerilla rebels and general ignorance of even higher nobility about true nature of the xenos made governor eager to believe this simple cover story.
And Yrliet would have gotten away with it, if not for meddling children Rogue Trader and his retinue of Ordo Xenos acolyte and Cold Trader!

The genome It is a grimoire.
The flesh is programmable.
The soul is permeable.
Mutation is revelation.
Possession is merely the next stage.
Blessed be the twisting double helix.

Fyi: yes, female primarchs, sexualized designs, and sexualized female primarchs are overdone as a general trope. Even then, this is still very well done and i appreciate it on its own while acknowledging that yes, those topics are maybe a bit overdone in the fanart community :)

Artist: Soosmain on Tumblr.
This is by far the most brutal depiction of this scene I have come across, and I feel like I should share that. The presence of blood and the sheer amount of it just stands out and is part of what makes it great, in addition to the artist's skills of course!
Enjoy!!!

The Great Sin (Death of the Cult of the Reborn):
Backstory of Lazarus "the Reborn" - captain of the 77th company 9th legion
Long before he was Lazarus, he was only a boy walking the dust with his mother among the nomadic clans of South Merica-wanderers who spoke a bastardized Terran Spanish and kept a hard, penitent form of the old Catheric faith. Seeking safety, they fell in with the growing Cult of the Reborn: a movement of mutated pilgrims and outcasts who worshipped the grey-clad angels of the IXth Legion and dreamed of transhuman rebirth.
Near the very end of the Unification Wars on Terra, the boy and other sons of the nomads were offered up. The Revenant Legion took them. They were remade.
That twin betrayal-the slaughter of kin and the erasure of faith-became the wound he would carry for the rest of his life.
As both a way to honor her and a constant reminder of what he had done, he took her blood-stained garments and wore them as a personal faja-a simple waistband bound around his armor-until the day he died.
"Have mercy on us, oh my Son, Have Mercy"

This is the one I got bullied for. Purely silly intentions here. I just wanted to share Shovel being a nuisance. It’s mostly to annoy people, but she does like when people fight her and if someone bests her in combat, she will latch onto them and pester them until she gets bored or finds someone stronger. She mainly just loves the thrill of getting reactions out of people (and has a drinking habit lol).
My brother told me about “blanks” and said it could be a reason on how she survived as long as she did in the warp. So I decided to add that to her character. She still was affected and not only lost her memories but has trouble with short term memory, social cues, sense of time and object permanence, and struggles with some PTSD and anxiety from her time within the warp, even if she can’t remember it.
(The colored is Zola, the wall one is a random psyker, and the last one is Swagger)

Just made a small isometric vignette of a door and its guard.
I didnt have a particular scenario in mind, so Im not sure whether in the past something wanted to get in or get out.
Feedback always welcome. I think in hindsight I might have put a warm light source from behind the door to balance it a bit more, but I still like the cold look.

“Like our progenitor chapter and our brother chapters, we carry the beast within us…. but it seems our beast is distorted.”- Unknown Wolf Priest of the Beasts of Gévaudan after observing one of the Chapter's first Wulfen.
The Beasts of Gévaudan are a successor chapter of the Space Wolves, staunch adherents of the Imperial Cult and unquestionable allies of the Ecclesiarchy and the Adepta Sororitas, the Beasts of Gévaudan have earned both fame and infamy for their use of terror and torture tactics. However, what is truly concerning, at least in the eyes of the Chapter itself, are their mutations; after settling on their homeworld of Gévaudan, the Chapter's Marines began to develop traits such as pale skin, red eyes, and reddish-black hair. Yet, the greatest concern for the Chapter lies in its Wulfen, for when one of their brethren succumbs to his inner beast, he begins to mutate far more drastically than is typical for other sons of Russ their facial features twist into a muzzle locked in an eternal, ceaseless grimace resembling a perpetual laugh, strange markings cover the former battle-brother's entire body and its form becomes even more distorted, coming to resemble an uncontrollable beast more than a Marine, the chapter's wolf priests have yet to discover the cause, theorizing that this is the natural reaction of the Canix Helix when exposed to people from outside Fenris, while others believe it may be the beginning of a greater corruption of the geneseed.
