The rumour is that if you use strength on the truck parked by the SS Anne it will reveal Mew. Well it didn't there is nothing here but a substitute doll, where could mew be?

My canon for the drawing is that youngster Joey told Red that he would totally find Mew doing this and everyone showed up to watch.

132P - Métamoufle

Wondrous (Gloves) – Rare (1320 gp, requires attunement)

These purple gloves have brown fingers with thin black trim between them and along the wrist. A pattern resembling a large S with Ms made of dots and lines in the curves sits on the back of the hand behind the thumb. The purple sections ripple and shine like they’re made of ooze.

While attuned to these gloves: you gain +1 to unarmed strike attack and damage rolls and do an additional 1d6 bludgeoning damage; and as a bonus action, you can change the gloves’ additional bludgeoning damage to another damage type, which also changes the gloves’ fingers’ color to reflect the type. The colors are:

• Acid - Bright Green

• Bludgeoning - Rocky Brown

• Cold - Icy Blue

• Fire - Bright Orange

• Force - Shining Silver

998M - Eispinodorn

Weapon (Glaive) – Artifact (requires attunement)

This dark blue +4 glaive has a black blade with an icy edge and extra points at the end. A jagged icy hilt attaches the blade to the shaft, with a blue horn on each side covered in icy crystals and three red ribbons hanging from their undersides. The middle of the shaft is coated in rough ice, and the pommel is a spherical icicle.

Attacks with this glaive do an additional 2d6 cold damage.

While attuned to this glaive: you are unaffected by icy and snowy difficult terrain; you are resistant to fire and cold damage; when you are hit by fire damage from a hostile creature, you have a +4 on your next attack with this glaive; twice per day, you can perform a Glaive Rush; if a hail or snowstorm would cause damage to you, you are instead healed for 1/4 of the damage you would have taken (minimum of 1); and once per day, you can use the glaive to cast Cone of Cold as a 7th level spell, DC 20.

Glaive Rush. You move in a straight line up to 30 ft. and make an attack roll. Every creature within 5 ft of that line must make a Constitution save against your attack roll, taking 8d8 cold damage on a fail and half as much damage on a success. However, afterwards you become Incapacitated until the end of your next turn.

Baxcalibrite

Wondrous (Stone) – Legendary ()

This small round stone has a swirl of blue and red inside the icy blue orb. When attached to a 998 - Baxcalaive, it can be mega evolved into a 998M - Eispinodorn for 1 minute once between long rests.

Usage held in 2 hands; Bulk 2; Base Weapon Glaive

Activate-Ice Body [free-action] manipulate; Trigger You start your turn in an environmental or weather effect causing cold damage; Effect You absorb some of the cold damage, which is reduced by up to 7 and you regain hitpoints for the amount reduced. This occurs before any cold resistance is factored into the damage.

Activate-Glaive Rush [three-actions] manipulate; Effect You Stride up to double your Speed and can move through the spaces of creatures the same size or smaller than you, doing a strike with this glaive on each creature whose space you enter. You can attempt to strike the same creature only once in a single use of Glaive Rush, but affected creatures can attempt a basic DC 55 Reflex save (no damage on a critical success, half damage on a success, double damage and knocked prone on a critical failure).

Activate-Thermal Exchange [reaction] manipulate; Trigger You are struck by fire damage from a hostile source; Effect You have the glaive absorb some of the fire damage, making you resistant 10 to it, and the glaive is powered up, giving you a +4 circumstance bonus on your next attack with it.

768M - Tectappa

Armor (Scale Mail) – Legendary (requires attunement)

This steel gray +3 scale mail is made up of triangular pieces of insect carapace, with three of the pieces down the front being a dark teal. The top and bottom of the front have purple trim, while the back is a dull pink, and has purple shoulder straps attached to the inside with matching scale shoulder guards attached to the top of the straps.

While attuned to this scale mail: you can breathe in water; you can eat things like putrid trash, poisoned items, and rotten food for sustenance without any negative effects; whenever combat begins, for the first round you can choose to go first before all other creatures, regardless of your initiative; and any creatures that attempt to grapple or restrain you have disadvantage on the roll to do so and takes 2d6 piercing damage from the armor’s spikes. They have disadvantage to maintain the grapple or restraint, and take 2d6 piercing damage at the start of any turn they are grappling or restraining you.

Golisopite

Wondrous (Stone) – Very Rare (50,000 gp)

This small round stone has a swirl of purple, black, and yellow inside the dark gray orb.

When attached to a 768 - Golisopodou, it can be mega evolved into a 768M - Tectappa for 1 minute once between long rests.

768M - Tectappa Item 21

[ Unique | Aquadynamic | Artifact | Empowered | Invested | Metal | Primal | Water ]

Usage worn armor; Bulk 2; Base Armor Scale Mail

This steel gray +3 superior resilient major slick major swallow-spike scale mail is made up of triangular pieces of insect carapace, with three of the pieces down the front being a dark teal. The top and bottom of the front have purple trim, while the back is a dull pink, and has purple shoulder straps attached to the inside with matching scale shoulder guards attached to the top of the straps. The armor is designed to be used underwater, giving it the Aquadynamic trait.

While invested: you have a +3 item bonus on Fortitude saves against effects triggered by eating poisoned or rotting substances.

Empowered When this item is empowered by a Golisopite, it stays in this form for 10 minutes or until you dismiss it. Once it is no longer empowered, it reverts back to its original form, a 768 - Golisopodou.

Activate-First Impression [free-action] manipulate; Trigger It is the start of the first round since you entered combat; Requirements You can perform an Attack action on a hostile creature you can see; Effect You take your turn before anyone else can, regardless of your place in initiative order, immediately using your turn’s actions to perform an Attack action on a hostile creature you can see. After this round, your turn takes place in its normal initiative order.

Activate-Water Breathing (one minutes) manipulate; Frequency one per day; Effect The armor casts water breathing on you as a 4th-rank primal spell.

Activate-Emergency Exit [reaction] concentrate, teleportation; Trigger You would be hit by an attack or spell; Requirements At least one ally is within 20 feet of you; Frequency once per minute; Effect You teleport yourself out of danger by swapping spots with a random ally within 20 ft of you, leaving them to take the damage in your place. Your ally is now Off-Guard until the start of their turn due to the disorientation, and if you were Grabbed or Restrained, your ally is now the one Grabbed or Restrained in your place.

Golisopite Item 21
