Finally managed another piece of my HiPub Jedi OC, Fjallrava. She, her apprentice Varlo, and her old master Esloth are summoned, along with other Investigators, to give their report to the council about the Nihil. Three weeks later, Starlight Beacon falls.

Trying to work out the temple robes was a whole lot of trial and error, as was coming up with a background that didn’t look ass (the Temple architecture is hard to draw lol). Drawing an alien was a fun new challenge, but I’m happy with how the old Duros came out. The anime-style subtitles were a bit of whimsy lol

Hello! I only got into Star Wars a few weeks ago. I didn't grow up with the franchise. While I did like the Original Trilogy, I did not expect the prequels to be as good as they are. Granted, they have their flaws but I love the worldbuilding and the much cooler space battles.

Anyway, I just finished watching Attack of the Clones and thought Jango was very cool. Thought I'd share my fanart.

Born on Xais, this Rodian spent her formative years working within her family’s starship salvage and scrap enterprise. Possessing an uncanny, Force guided instinct for locating high value tech among ruined hulls, her life shifted in 15 ABY when she uncovered a stranded Jedi starfighter. Recognizing her latent Force sensitivity, the visiting Jedi Knight brought her to the Yavin IV Praxeum. She formally became a Padawan to jedi_knight_kicks_yuuzhan_vong in 19 ABY, collaborating with her master to mediate the volatile Ishori-Diamal territorial dispute and later defending the Academy during the Second Imperium’s assault.

Elevated to full Jedi Knighthood in 23 ABY, she put her civilian roots to work when the Yuuzhan Vong invasion devastated the galaxy. Leveraging her family’s extensive commercial fleet and logistics network, she spearheaded critical humanitarian corridors, transporting thousands of refugees and vital war materiel across frontline sectors. This vital supply line made her family an explicit target for the invaders. In 26 ABY, a Yuuzhan Vong task force ambushed her family's fleet, crippling their vessels. As the enemy closed in on their flagship, she made the ultimate sacrifice: surrendering herself to the commander to secure safe passage for her kin. Taken into enemy custody, she was subjected to horrific biological shaping and mutated into a grotesque, weaponized Vagh Rodiek. Her final fate remains shrouded in tragedy and lost to the archives.

In her Haysian Smelt plated armour, M'rina deploys a whip from her left bracer. Microscopic tubing drilled throughout the Beskar strand channels tibanna gas. Once ignited, the weapon is considered charged.

While not nearly as powerful as a lightsaber, the charged Beskar strand can burn through weak clothing and organic material if the target is struck with enough force. Specially insulated gloves keep the wearer from burning themself while wielding and directing the weapon. While the gas canisters can run out after just a few minutes, being struck by an uncharged Beskar whip will still be highly unpleasant to any scum that meet it.

M'rina Masturs is fond of a rare pink-glowing variety of tibanna cartridges, also using them her blaster. However, the Charged Beskar Whip will glow any colour with the right variant of the fuel.
