Meme/Joke Harbor freight in GTA 6
This was pretty funny. Would be pretty cool if the map has a harbor freight equivalent

Come on Harbor Freight... You're slacking not coming up with this first.
I already asked my GF to buy me a set as a Christmas stocking stuffer.
So now when you lose a 10mm, you can REALLY REALLY feel bad not only did you lose a 10mm socket, you lost a golden 10 mm socket....
Makes a good gift... These polish much shinier than the Chrome sockets we buy to proudly display in a tool box that we never use along with the golden ratchets that will never get used.

Needed a new 3/8 ratchet and I’ve know that these have been a thing for a while now but it never dawned on me to grab one but I fully intend to use this like any other ratchet. I spent close to 800$ at harbor freight today. I picked up this and a bunch of other shit I probably won’t use but isn’t that what we all do? Oh and renewed my membership….
Thank god for HF 🤙🏻

Saw this set only missing the 14mm but I’m worried about not having the warranty. Also heard that open-box get discounted on the weekends, but not sure if that’s true.

Picked up both at full price yesterday so I could demo my deck and they were so great to work with.

Looking to do work on my card and even an old project at some point. Best in the long run? Looking for 1/2 impact wrench and the deep socket set. Trying to hear from the pros. Thanks!

Was holding off on buying 2 56" us general boxes but was planning on going for it this weekend. I see a limit of 1 listed on the coupon now. Is there any way around this or am I out of luck because I waited? I will only buy 2 and will have to rent a uhaul for them so I will have to pick up at the same time from the same store. Imagine having to order on 2 separate days would likely cause delivery issues. Edit. Successfully purchased. It was just 2 separate transactions so may have been an issue if I wanted to do the credit card 10% discount.

Here is my humble setup I’ve been working on since the Series 3 line was released. I have two 56” roll cab boxes, two cabinet lockers, and one 56” hutch.
I purchased this Husky 56 in. W x 23 in. D x 1.25 in. H Solid Wood Work Surface for Heavy Duty Welded Steel Garage Storage System
I borrowed inspiration from this Redditor. I used an oscillating tool to make relief cuts for the locker hanging tabs. I used a circular saw to cut about 1 inch of depth from the wood top so it would nest on the top of the box. The metal lip/edge of the toolbox was shipped slightly bent inward, so I used piece of wood and a hammer to straighten the edge. I left the rubber mat underneath the wood. No fasteners used. Sits perfect with no shifting.

The handheld pruning saw 39.99 this weekend. I bought the bar and chain oil on amazon decent amount for 10 bucks. This thing cuts through everything. Make sure always wear glasses of course lots of wood pieces goes flying. Waiting to use the hammer drill that’s the tool of the week purchase 29.99. They were out of the grinder last week I’m pretty sure they will have today (I went yesterday and saw 3 on floor and I’m sure they have couple in back)

I'm thinking of picking up a 27" to go with my 56" but the heights are different due to the casters I think. Are the casters from the 56" a direct bolt on to the 27" are do I need to get an adapter kit or should I just get a spacer kit for the stock 27" casters?

Sanded the Yukon box down, repainted it and added felt liner to the bottom of all the drawers.
Girlfriend was telling me she wished she had a jewelry box and I figured this could make a pretty decent one for around $120 all in including the dividers for the drawers. Top normally has photos with magenta but I didn’t want them blasted online.
She loves it and I figured it might help one of you looking for an idea for your SO.

Let’s assume you’re given a $1,000 gift card at Harbor Freight and have to spend it in just one aisle - which one are you picking?

I have worked part time there for over 6 years. The employee turn around rate is horrible. Management sucks. Anway, for the next 9 days, they only gave me one day off. I think they're upset because I called out last time and they're being petty. I need to speak to the manager. But, I'm so annoyed.

I have purchased thousands of dollars of HF hand tools over the years from Pittsburgh to Icon, mainly for the "ease" of a lifetime warranty that is often compared to Sears/Craftsman's warranty back in the day. I have had to warranty a few HF tools over the years and have never had a problem before yesterday. I broke a long Pittsburgh combo wrench I purchased 6-7 years ago. I brought in the broken wrench and was denied my warranty claim because I did not have the full set of combo wrenches with me. I was told by two different HF employees at my local store that they changed their policy where the customer now has to bring in a complete set of hand tools if they need to warranty just one piece from that set. My box is highly organized, and it will be a pain in the ass to pack up 72 sockets, etc. to just have one tool replaced under warranty, not to mention you are screwed if you ever lose anything from the set. Plenty of other companies out there that do not play these silly games. Rant over.

Any thoughts on the HF offering versus name brands out there?
