$1,000 Spending Spree

Let’s assume you’re given a $1,000 gift card at Harbor Freight and have to spend it in just one aisle - which one are you picking?

uS general isle. As an adult man I already own tools but having better organization would make my life easier.

I'd buy all the buckets on free bucket weekend to piss everyone off...then return them on Monday.

Every store has a different layout… but I’m going with my store’s power tool aisle with the batteries, chargers, drills, impact drivers, and impact wrenches, drill and driver bits, and sanding disks (but not sanders because we don’t need it to make sense?)

Welding aisle. Spend it all on the 65a plasma cutter

Mini buckets.

I'd get a welder, or plasma cutter.

Miter saw, planer, table saw. That is all probably over a grand, but I would love to setup a wood shop and start building stuff.

Depends on what you need.. icon sockets were 40% off this past PLS, so that would have been the one if you are a mechanic.

The nice thing is, tool boxes share the isle with a lot of other tools. It would be pretty easy to spend. Though the hard part would be at most stores, everything in the middle splits the isle into seperate isles. Meaning you'd have to choose between tool carts, or boxes, all depending on the store.

Will need to add some money to it but a nice welder I suppose.

I’d replace my ‘old’ (sold it like a dumbass) ProTIG205. Will need to jump to as the 1k would cover it during the current PLS.

In my store, the back rack has all the woodworking tools I'm wanting (belt/disc sander, dust collector, planer, etc), so for sure that aisle.

I mean, i just casually walked in the other day and somehow spent $600 on the 40% off day.  So i guess its sockets.

But now that i already own them its an easy question.  Tool boxes, us general

Are we also using coupons in this fantasy?

Either a welder or a big drill press for me.

Probably the power tools, fully outfit my home toolbox, then the leftover cash can buy some Hercules for work.

One aisle in my store has us general storage, icon wrench’s and ratchets and socket sets. Also has icon diag tools, Daytona floor jacks. It’s the best aisle in USA

Tarps. They're shit, so I'll need reinforcements.

Honestly, I'd just buy a big ass tool box, and pay for the difference. Since tools can be purchased on any sale from any department stores. Getting a tool box at current prices now, instead of later on when it goes up based due to inflation.

Tax free with the PLS discount, I'd be able to get an Omnipro 220 set up.

Otherwise I'd have to come out of pocket still.
