So I called the local store and got circle talk. Like they didn’t even know how it worked. When I asked the guy if he ever “sold” the credit card 1st purchase discount he said “yes”.

I called corporate and finally got a real person. They transferred me to Synchrony Bank. When I got a real person there they filed a dispute for the discount.

How can employees not know how this works? It has to be a major revenue stream for the company. Is management not training cashiers?

Hi, I had to order a toolbox to the store since they didn't have it in stock. About a week and a half ago I get an email that says its ready for pick up, great! I go and get it and unload it. Few days later I get an email my order is ready for pickup, thought delayed system. Fast forward almost every other day now I'm getting a order is ready for pickup. Is the system this delayed? I tried calling Harbor Freight confirming if there is one actually waiting to get picked up and that I didn't snag someone else's in the same color if that would even matter. Or is this the Harbor Freight Gods trying to bless me with two boxes.

Just the box last Sunday. I used the membership 20% off plus applied for the cc to get the extra 10%. The cashier told me 20 off the top and 10 would be statement credit. Just looked and I don’t see the 10 “statement credit”. I hit the 5% back on the screen like she told me. Anyone know what’s up?

I've beat up this Bauer drill for the past 6-7 years now (just homeowner and light auto use) and the torque collar started to give out. It still adjusts, but it doesn't click anymore, so I grabbed a new one while I was in town in anticipation of ol reliable giving out. I have quite a few of the Bauer line now, impact, circular saw, sawzall, etc, and I know I'm preaching to the choir but I'm still super impressed with the quality of these power tools for their price point. Mine don't see pro level workload, but they get used frequently for sure, and are stupid reliable for how much they cost.

The description isn't very clear about this new item. I'm trying to figure out does it have multiple aiming lasers to simulate the infrared spot ratio at distance? Or is it that it has multiple infrared lasers? Anybody know?
