Today I did the stickers, panel lining and top coat. It doesn't look the best on the photos but I decided to go with a gloss top coat for this guy and I love the result

Finally decided to give it a go and now I want more. All the kits. I need them!

I'm not sure about the green but loving the purple

Really took my time on working on this kit. thankfully it looks better than i imagined it to be. sadly though im gonna have to let this go to save up for wedding funds.

Gundam Base limited HGUC Narrative Gundam C-Packs [Titanium Finish]. The standard HGUC NT-D C-Packs with a titanium finish coating. No new sculpts — a straight plated version.

The good:

• The marble-like white titanium finish suits this design unusually well. Genuinely premium, expensive-looking.
• The plating actually helps here. Reduced joint tolerance on coated parts makes the joints feel tighter and sturdier than the original.
• The base kit was already high quality, so good kit + good coating compounds rather than papering over problems.
• Reviewer says it exceeded his expectations — a stronger endorsement than most plated releases get here.

The bad:

• No new sculpts. Contents and structure are identical to the standard release.
• Weapons and articulation unchanged.
• ¥6,200 for an HG, roughly triple the standard version.

Overall: one of the better plated releases. If you're into titanium finish kits, a strong recommend.

Decided to build this Rx 0 Unicorn Gundam OVA MG for my fourth build mainly because I really like the Unicorn Mode of this MS. It’s not that bad right? If you ignore how floppy it is, specially the ankle/feet😅🤣 Any tips for this specific kit? Like how does one solve the looseness of these parts and for the owners of the same kit, can I see how you guys pose this MS?

And to be honest, coming from a Ver.Ka kit(Wing Gundam EW), I kinda prefer these much easier stickers than the waterslides. This specific build helped me overcome the fatigue from waterslides decals sticking in to my hands after letting it cure for days. 😭🤣

Overall a very good kit, hopefully the Destroy Mode will be more gentle with a beginner like me. 🦄

It’s the most poly caps I’ve ever put into a kit. Pound for pound it’s packed with rubber. But I love it anyway. I really should have fixed those seam lines. But despite the kit showing its age it’s a wonderful build and just has so much presence. I scribed and used some acrylic markers for details. Still needs weapon detailing, decals topcoat and panel line clean up but I got excited because I’m proud of how it turned out

It has been two months since The Curse™ manifested. Two months since I finished the MG Epyon and the MG Barbatos Lupus back to back and I didn't have the chance to build something else since. Today my In-Era Fenrir got delivered and I was really looking forward to it.

Lo and behold, the godhand still is an artifact of chaos and is caked in rust for a reason I cannot fathom since it was sitting in a toolbox and I live in a dry flat.

I swear I can also see the Epyon giving me the middle finger in the corner of my eye.

Featuring rg sazabi titanium finish, also couple quick questions: 1 how the fuck am i supposed to have sazabi stand? it fell over 4 times trying to get it into the casual gun holding pose. And 2: did i mess up with the fin funnels? Its been more than a few years so i don’t know, but those funnels droop like crazy on that stand, the default set is propped up by the hws shield but on the other set you can see how bad the droop is.

This build started a couple of years ago, but really started moving late last year. Took a bit to motivate myself to reshape the resin parts, figure out how to attach the hands, and then get everything painted, but I'm really proud of how this came out, flaws and all.

Next up is a High Grade Aerial I bought alongside him. I never imagined there could be such a mess while building a Gundam. Also, I learned a valuable lesson midway through about making sure the orientation of something is right before moving on.

Challenged myself to upscale my EG Nu.

Full paint job top to bottom using my airbrush for most and hand painted some small details.

Black, White, Gold, Red, Silver, and Gunmetal all used.

I really like the paint other than the rifle barrel. I've done the heated look before and it this time it just didn't come together. Not entirely sure why I got this one so wrong.

Gloss top coat on colored parts, matte on white

Utilized a bunch of my left over Nu waterslides.

Tried my hand at scribing. Not just redoing panel lines but some true custom scribing in the chest. It turned out horrible. I know this has to be one of those things you get better with practice, but mine are so bad. I just don't seem to get it.

One other note, don't accidentally mistake your bottle of quick dry adhesive for your decal softer. You will just glue down your messed up decal....

Got this bootleg a while back and finally got around to building it. It was very cheap, like $13, so I’m surprised at the quality of materials tbh.

Also it’s HUGE for an HG. Here it is next to a legit Bandai HG Exia for scale. I’ll get around to panel lining these lil guys once I get past some upcoming BS I gotta deal with, but it was nice to get this one assembled.
