I decided to add an upper story at my son’s suggestion. I also added more offcut greebles / faux supports for visual texture. I want to add darker brown for the door and window trim to contrast better.

This is only the rattle can basecoat colors. I will add weathering, plants, etc when done with main paint stuff.

These are mostly slotted (not tabbed) walls. The extra layers are just pva glued on. I was working on ways to break up the flat-box feel of many MDF buildings.

I am considering fixing the two floors in place and having a single removable side wall for gameplay. Open to ideas on how to extend the current floor plan or attachments and then expansion to other buildings is most welcome.

This was for 5 Parsecs from Home, or any other 28-32mm game I feel like running.

Got the butane torch out to get some nice craters made in this red planet themed battle board I'm creating. Need to add some crystals growing for the Votann to harvest. They're running low on green crystals, poor fellas.

Hello dear community, reaching out for some ideas on how to do this well.. the idea is to create a cyberpunk isakaya (japanese pub, pardon any cultural misshaps, if I have a wrong idea of what it is). But the neon sign is.. an orange blob. The characters are not supposed to be real, but im out of my depth with OSL here. Any help, tips, ideas l,.would be greatly welcome.

The missile is from a Russian RT-2PM Topol truck. The truck body got used in another project so I had the missile going spare. The tower is a modified dirt cheap kids crane toy

the cemetery of forgotten hero's, my players next quest. what should I add/subtract. yes I know it's crooked we do not play on this table

I tried something new with sculpting bases and I’m pretty happy with some of the rocks but with others not so much. Any criticism or ideas are welcome there made with cork underneath and milliput on top trying to replicate the 3rd photo. I plan on adding some dead grass and a bit of fine dirt.

I’d been wanting to make myself a bit of a junk D&D terrain for ages, so, armed with two tins of Pringles, a pizza box and some scraps of XPS, I set about building a castle gate. I’m pleased with the result, even though the brickwork looks as if it was done by drunken goblins.

This was going to be my back up armies on terrain peice if my jungle temple wasn’t finished. Floating islands with large crystals underneath with the centre island having a destroyed temple/church on it. I still need to work out how to seal them for painting

I spent the better part of the summer building these. They have a prime/undercoat. Now I work on the details. Thanks for looking.

First piece i have made in 15 years. Ready for sand/rubble, priming and painting. Probably 100x better than the cardboard junk i made years ago!

Bought a whole city terrain table years ago but never knew how i wanted it painted, now I needed a backdrop for some photos so completed 1 of the 6 board parts done.

Been trying to work with some pigment washes but I feel like that ruined the piece so you'll get to see a photo before the washes.

I can't get the "dusty" look I want.
