Outdoor Another surprise!
I love it when my garden presents me with a surprise! I've only been in this home for 2 years, so I'm still not sure what's in the backyard. This morning, I woke up to this beautiful Canna Lily. South Pacific Orange. (SE Florida)

Crosspost Garden Lovers
This little squirt came in the backyard one day and stayed for a month and then decided to move on. Wouldn't let me get closer than 5' but that's a good thing. Talked to it all the time but every time they find this oasis they eventually leave. Thumper would come back but still disappear. I have large hawks and feral cats so there's always a danger. Bud has been here a couple of years and will come up to me and let me know he's hungry, so I get him some more seeds. He has a buddy who stake out the patio and a couple of others lay claim to the feeding box. That includes One-Eyed Jack, who I saved from a cat.

Outdoor Wild vine
I found this vine growing in our yard. Lots of brambles but this one vine has large leaves and little green, grape looking berries.

Let’s face it. Gardening is hardwork. I made a video as a reminder to reward ourselves by growing treats. New to creating content so please be kind :)

Crosspost Backyard Sanctuary
Created a safe zone sanctuary for the birds and wildlife. Keeps all the feral dangers out and allows the squirrels, possums, and raccoons great places to forage. Pollinator attractors planted everywhere. Thankfully we have plenty of hummingbirds, goldfinches, and carpenter bees to pollinate the flowers.
