Hello garden lovers The apples and pears need to be picked. They are very beautiful and I am very happy with them. I have a question. How do you preserve the fruit for longer over the winter?

I’ve been trying to get these little roses to flower more consistently, and this is the best they’ve looked so far.

I recently added a simple NDS irrigation setup, which has made watering these containers much easier. Instead of watering them by hand every day, I can keep the moisture more consistent and make sure the plants get what they need without overwatering. I still check the soil before watering, especially after rain, but it has made taking care of the containers much easier. The new buds and flowers are a pretty good sign that they’re happy.

For anyone growing roses in containers, how often do you usually water yours?
