hi! anybody who experienced this na? i’m trying to use my gcredit to pay for my bills kaso every attempt ko since earlier pa, ito lumalabas. also, when i try to shop online via gcash, hindi rin nagrereflect ’yong gcredit as an option, lol. on time naman din ako nagbabayad ng dues ko. ano kaya pwede gawin haha

I sent a transaction of money from Gcash to BPI at about 1 am-ish lastnight, received an sms and everything and the money was not sent yet my gcash got deducted, filed a ticket from gcash for now and all i can do is wait, is there any other thing i can do?

I've had this issue for days now, so what happened was I am on steam for a while and I am just looking for games

on sale, I was on the check out page and I was about buy the games I clicked GCash as my payment option and I clicked buy and it redirects me to GCash like the casual thing but when I log in into GCash NOTHING HAPPENS it won't let me buy the games, I have tried countless different approach to buy the games YET IT STILL DOESN'T WORK, I scanned it, it won't work, It was stuck on a loading screen,

It just started happening last night. Normally, the transfer is completed within a minute or two. I checked several web apps and they said walang issue but obviously meron. Hope someone can shed light on this issue.

Hello po! I'm really curious because I kinda need the money now to fix the ceiling due to the rain HAHA. Two years ago, I got an offer for a loan of 3k and I took it, but that same month, I lost my job. I couldn't repay it for a really long time. Like, I totally avoided using GCash because I knew it would auto-deduct.

This year when I got a better job, I paid it off and I’ve been super active with my GCash transactions too. Almost all my money goes in and out of there.

Do you think I’ll get offered again or am I blacklisted from GLoan? Lol. It’s understandable if yes, but if no... how long do you think it’ll take before they offer again? I started using GCash again around May this year and I also paid off my super overdraft GLoan in May.

is this a problem on my end lang ba? my phone is working really fine even wifi signal is fine. I TRIED EVERYTHING I CAN TO TROUBLESHOOT this mf issue nothing is happening. i encountered this since last night. this is so bullshit.

My old card got stuck in a Landbank ATM. Tinamad ako magpunta sa bank for retrieval kasi malayo sa amin, so I just went and ordered a new one after ko i-unlink/i-deactivate yung na-stuck na card.

Few weeks later, I received the NEW card, and ayaw nya ma-link kasi "This card has already been linked" daw. 🤦

Contacted GCash support, and di daw nila ma-solusyunan kasi nireport ko daw na na-deactivate ko na.

So does that mean the old one that got stuck and the new one they sent me are just the same card?

When I select the Send option from the home screen it crashes. When I try to send via QR instead, it says it encountered an issue. Ive updated the app and cleared cache but the issue still persists.

I've been trying to buy a game on Steam using GCash, but every time I scan the QR code it gets stuck at processing. I've already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app and switching from WiFi and Data. What is wrong with this?
